Rain internet keeps sending me messages that k owe while I'm not using their services and its been 4yrs now

SADV took my money and Not provided network access to me
I paid my (VumaTel) wifi subscription on the 28th of October 2025 and I was fully connected on the 29th, since then I dont have connection and I reported this to Vuma and they told me to contact SADV since they are the service provider on my account, I'ts been 2weeks now and still no connection but I've been sent from pilar to post with no promise to compensate for my wasted money and time.

Not getting what I paid for from Vumatel
Good day, I am dissapointed that I paid my subscription for vumatel unlimited network but it has been 6 days without any connection, and I can't get help I've been sent from pilar to post yet come month end they will want to take my money again, plesae help since I need the internet.

Good day, My name is Pearl Mbhele, Id No. 82091413200082, I stopped using rain a more than 8 months ago due to financial issues and I would spend a around 2 weeks without connecting, I tried calling rain but could not get help, On Friday 06/09/2024 I received a message from rain claiming I owe them around R 10 000 ( Ten thousand rand), I'm shocked because I stopped due to financial difficulties so how can I pay R 10 000 for something I don't even have. Please help me. I'm still waiting for rain to contact me because the balance is still R10 000,

Rain took my money without permission
I paid rain via internet banking R764 on the 27th of march and they decided to take another R764 on the same accoun today 01-April-2023 even though I changed the date to 1st of every month the consultant Zimkhitha said they will deduct again on the 1st of may. How can I spend R 1528 for thuis network in 1 month?
