They should honestly end these online metering systems, because honestly they can't maintain it. I went to bed with almost 200 credits and woke up in the morning to -134 credit. Two weeks later, which is today, I went to bed with 166 credits and woke to -41 and there was no power. I bought more credit again, guess what the power did not come back. I called several times, all consultants keep saying they will reboot the power will be back in 15 minutes. There is this particular one called Dineo, she was so rude. I also spoke to another one called Rudzani, she wasn't rude but definitely needs training on how to speak to customers.
When it's time for them to cancel your contract, you will go through hell. It's 2 months of back and forth. I asked them to collect the free to use router in August, followed up every other week asking when the router will be collected. They kept saying the courier will collect. It's been 2 months they still have not processed that collection. Today i woke up to R5000 being debited from my account. I am tired of this now. I am taking legal action.
Listen i should've checked the reviews before getting a home internet wifi with mtn. It's been 3/4 days with no internet. I've called activation team countless times, they are absolutely no help and very rude.
The warranty document they give you after the repairs is just for show. when it's time for them to honour the warranty they will go above and beyond not to honour the warranty. Since the repairs done by them I've encountered so many issues, from faulty wiring to broken parts.
They need to do a better job choosing panelbeaters they work with. I've been having issues with the repairs that were done in my car, from faulty wiring to broken parts. The panelbeater they chose refuses to fix these issues and first for women is not doing anything about it. Yet they are the ones that chose this panelbeater. It's been almost 4 weeks now, every time i call first for women they tell me they informed the assessor and they will contact me. No assessor has contacted me. What annoys me the most is the fact that the third party insurance paid first for women back every cent for the repairs. Yet they are not willing to help me. Definitely considering canceling my insurance with them if they are going to choose bad service providers and then leave you hagging after that. I would understand if I chose the panelbeater, that would be on me for choosing a bad service provider. But they chose these people and now don't want to deal with them
