No where to where to be found , we have been saving our money as a society with post bank which we use to deposit at post office , recently post bank is on their own we want to withdraw ,we have been told to email document to consultation since today we have not received a responce response from post bank and we can't even reach them as they don't have the right contact
Very bad poor service ,I have made an order from Shein addressed it to same address that they usual do deliveries,it happened that driver thought that the address not local and send my package to Kempton park Spartan without even calling me to confirm the address , I do accept that mistakes happen and I bought things i need to use them , I make a plan to go and pick it up as I am the one who need them , I couldn't be assisted with that and I have to take money buy things the manager at logistic buff Meyerton is very bad couldn't even answer my fine as the mistake this has cost me a lot 😭😭I'm so disappointed with their service
Prices have increased but service is bad , I have paid 508 for me to have interned during Easter holidays , holidays are over and internet dololo , and the only response I get from home connect is my case is still within 24hours to 72 hours , mind you payment was done on 16 April 2024
I paid for reconnection of service and haven't received the service their client service what's up is bad , employees there they are not well trained in regarding to deal with customer issue , their service is very poor ,they don't come back to you and tell you about the progress of your case
Showmax has updated their app this new app is not updated it self we have lost our favourite shows this is very bad n we didn't pay for this
Bad service ever, MY line has been suspended from the 15 December without any reason and Account is paid , They failing to unblock my line as their consultant is telling me i have to wait 24 to 48 hours which I did , I'm unable to use my phone due to bad service at MTN even their manager are unable to solve my case

I bought P40 lite Huawei phone 2years ago it was a contract and it was insured with MTN insurance i paid my insurance for 2 years till it was time to upgrade then after upgrade i continued with the insurance and my phone got screen damage and i claimed and they took forever to respond and after a month after my claim they told me that they cant fix my screen as the sim card that was inserted was not the Sim card insured and I had 2 MTN number insured with them witch i always used because i couldn't wait for them i fixed the screen, after few months i got ****** i lost my phone i also claim it without any assessment done i was told that my claim has been declined due to the fact that i used different sim card and ii still say sim card that was used on that phone was MTN sim card and the contract numbers that I bought with the phone, MTN is **** and they stole my money for 2 years and unable to help and they were so quick to cancel the insurance after my phone lost without even showing me the proof of their assessment. Please Help
