Poor communication from FNB
On 20/03/2026 I asked for my Tax-Free Unit Trust account to be closed and the funds be transferred to my newly opened Tax Free FNB Cash Deposit account, I was sent a Tax Free Transfer Form to complete, which I have done and returned to them. After more than a month now I still see my Cash Deposit account is empty and after many sent emails, no one is coming back to me. Very poor communication from FNB!

Do not open an Investment account at FNB
Last week I tried to open a Tax Free Savings account from my FNB Internet banking, they said I will be contacted in 48 hours, I was not contacted. On Tuesday 17/03/2026 I tried again to open a Tax Free account and this time I took a picture of the message that a FNB Consultant will contact me shortly, today the 20/03/2026 I still have not been contacted. The service from FNB just get worse by the day!

FNB Share Trading bad service! Do not open a Share Trading account with FNB!
Again I am struggling with FNB Sharetrading and when I contact them via email, they reply but do not put their names so you never know who you are talking to and if you reply on that email, someone else gets the email as you always send the email to a global email address! Really frustrating and the people have no idea what they are doing working in that department. On the 23rd of Feb 2026 I placed an order to sell 100,000 of my ORN shares at 45c per share. The shares were trading for 45c from about 10am to almost 11am that same day, I have screenshots to proof that. My shares did not sell and I want to know why? The reply I get from them is that I placed a limit amount for my shares to sell, thus 45c, the reason for this, if I do not choose a limit it will sell for another amount and I might loose money then, so that is the reason I placed a limit of 45c per share, but the price was 45c per share at that stage!

Mr Min and Reckitt sell inferior products
These guys are the makers/distributers of Mr Min. 2 weeks ago I bought a tin/can of Mr Min through the Checkers 60-60 App, I did not open or use it. This week Wednesday when my cleaner tried to spray, it was not working although it was still full. I checked it myself and it was "flat" there was no gas in it, in such a way that you can even dent the tin with your fingers. I made contact with Reckitt and told them about my situation and that I did not keep the slip, who keeps all their grocery slips? I made them a video of the full tin that could not spray together with photos of everything they required. They said they would send me a voucher to go and buy another tin/can. This morning I received the voucher for R50 from them, I contacted them and send them pictures that the price of Mr Min is R58 (at Pick n Pay) and not R50 what they gave me. They explained to me that they do not replace the faulty product, they just give me a "gesture of goodwill" I feel they have to replace their brand new, completely faulty product! I will not ever buy Mr Min again or any of the products that Reckitt makes or distributes.

Do not use FNB Share Trading
The FNB Share Trading site is not working properly and causes me not to buy or sell shares at the right time. I am losing money because of this. Not the app nor the internet banking is working.

Dont buy meat from Parow Pic n Pay!
Last week we bought 2 frozen packs of Stewing Venison at Parow Pick n Pay to make a stew. Today when I defrost the packs I found it is all bones in the pack, neatly clean cut bones with no meat on them. That is really disgusting to sell it as stewing meat while there are no more meat on the bones. Please see my pictures attached.

No customer service from Vox!
I am not getting a Statement from Vox Telecoms for the last 2 months, I have logged a query with them, but get no feedback. They are very eager to get your business, but once you have signed up, you get no customer service! I really regret signing up with them!

Don't put your vehicle on Weelee to sell
I placed my vehicle on the Weelee website to sell. I got an email stating that they have a dealer interested. The dealer will be in contact with me. Yesterday I received a whatsapp from the dealer based in Pretoria that I should bring my car to them for evaluation, I am in Cape Town and that was clearly stated on my request when completing it on the website. Don't they tell the bidding dealers where the vehicles are in the country?

FNB Share Trading Account has poor customer service!
Please do not make use of FNB Sharetrading account, they do not bother to help on the App not working. I have sent them an email stating that I am not able to Trade on the FNB Sharetrading inside the FNB Banking app. A week later they reply that I have to send them a screenshot. On which I did send them a screenshot and again waiting for feedback already 2 days later. I am not sure if the ShareTrading is outsourced by FNB but the service they are giving is really bad and I am rather going to close my Share Trading account with FNB and move it elsewhere as you do pay for the service but do not get any service or help from them!
