You guys are playing games hey. So my mother bought a decorder right. They said that there's a free sim card. Cool, the decoder indeed came with the uConnect sim card. She received R50 free airtime. One of your agents called her and said something about the sim card not being used. Now they deducted R399 from her account in the month of May. We want our money 🙄. My mother is a pensioner for heaven's sake.

Not to mention your call centre. Calls literally get cut off. Refund my mother's money please.
Good morning. One of your agents called my mother telling her to upgrade her DStv decoder. He said that it would cost R299 per month. My mother fell for it and she agreed to buy the decoder. It was delivered sometime last week. So my brother connected it but it had no signal 🤔. We woke up yesterday and the channels were closed. They told her that we we owe +R600. It was paid this morning at the channels are still closed. My mother went to the DSTV store in town and they said that the dish is outdated. The decoder won't work unless my mother buys a new dish for the new decorder. (I'm still confused as to why that guy didn't give my mother the whole information). So they deducted R229 on Saturday and R299 this morning. My mother is a pensioner for goodness sake. Please help us guys. She can't keep losing her mother like this please. It's too much for her.
Just last night I checked my app and I was informed to update it. Okay I did but it seems like their system is offline. My main concern is that I have received my srd grant. I have to transfer this money to my mother. I can't ussd as I'm being told to visit the branch to activate it. Capitec is really failing us. How is my mother going to buy brand, electricity and other stuff when the app just won't work? I'm super disappointed.
I decided to improve my marks this year. I registered for 3 subjects. Mathematics, physical science and life science. The papers were tricky but not that difficult. We could access our results online last week on the 7th of August. To my biggest shock, I have failed. All 3 subjects. Funny enough the percentages are almost the same. I studied so hard and I was not expecting to fail. My life science is 32%. An entire 32%? This is way far away from what I was expecting. I know how I wrote. There's no way I would get such low marks. Their website was off for sometime. I prayed hard that it comes back with our correct marks but now, the incorrect information is still there. Apparently, our scripts were not marked in the first place. From what I've heard, these marks were randomly guessed and given to us. Now we are being told to app**** for a remark. Remaking is not for free. Now I have to pay money for negligence?! And some of us don't have that money. There are cases of people who wrote and the results are not appearing as if they were absent. I really want to know what's happening behind the scenes after our scripts are submitted. Please hire relevant staff to mark our scripts. Now I have to go back and forth fighting for what's mine. And I'm definitely not going to write again. Should I go to the department of Education and find the same marks, I will know that the things I have heard are true.

My srd has been declined for the months August and September. The reason is means of income identified. I am not working. I can't believe SASSA has now become a political party that favours a certain group and people and excludes other. Some people are working and they do receive this money. And then there's us who are not working yet we are being declined.
They sent me an incorrect airtime voucher. I sent them an email and they said they will resolve the issue. It's over a week now and they are quiet.
So my mother has an account with ackermans. She took it in December. She paid R400 in January and February. And then she paid R300 in March. She then started paying R200 from April, that's s the amount she was supposed to pay initially. Now they says she owes R700 and that's not the amount she owes. She says her balance should be R100 now. One of your consultants called her some weeks back. And my mother asked her to check the balance for her. The lady said she will. But she didn't. There is something doggy with you people. My mother is a pensioner for goodness sake! Fix this mess please! She even said she'll be closing this account after she pays off the last payment. I am disappointed with you guys. I don't want to lie.
I have submitted the affidavit at the branch. I was hoping to get assistance sooner. I am told to wait. Please quicken the procedure bathong. I need to use my money.
