Telkom *****ulently deducted R960 from my bank account in April. I called to tell them that I don't have an account with them and they apologized, promised to reverse the deduction. Now I have received another statement that says they're going to deduct again by the end of May.
Cultural Care Au Pair in South Africa give the worst service ever! From not answering their phones, to rejecting phone calls and also not fulfilling their promise of taking care of their clients...
Horrible service. The consultant lied to me about the Telkom data contract that they sold to me. They claimed it's uncapped for R234 pm, but I found out after delivery that it's a 40gig contract. Asked for investigation into the matter and was told that I'd get the results of the investigation within 2 working days. It's been 2 weeks and still no results, apparently due to backlog within the investigation department. This is just a summary of the horrible experience I've received from this company.
