am writing to express my extreme frustration and disappointment with the service I have received from Absa regarding a rental car deposit refund. It has been three weeks since the refund was initiated on November 3, 2025, and I have yet to receive my money. Despite visiting Absa branches and sending emails to the authorizations team, I have been met with unhelpful responses and told that there is a backlog. The usual turnaround time for reversals is 2-3 days, but I have been left waiting indefinitely. This is my first experience with such poor customer service from Absa, and I am extremely dissatisfied with the lack of communication and resolution. I have contacted both Absa and Europcar multiple times, but the issue remains unresolved. I urge Absa to take immediate action to resolve this matter.
Dear MacDonald's SA I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service I received at your Marlboro Gardens . On 27/11/25 @18:30 I placed an order and paid R160 via card. However, due to a system issue, the payment was not registered on your end, despite being deducted from my account. The manager, Cylus, and staff member, Khumo, were unhelpful and unprofessional. They seemed unbothered by the issue and offered no effective solution. I was told that this was a recurring problem and that the money would be refunded within 1-2 hours. However, it's been 12 hours, and I have yet to receive a refund. I was left with no choice but to leave the restaurant since I was told there isn’t food I was going to get if I don’t pay again, and I am still awaiting the reversal of the payment. The lack of empathy, understanding, and effective solution was appalling. I urge MacDonald's SA to take this matter seriously and take immediate action to resolve this issue. I hope you will take my complaint seriously and take necessary steps to prevent such incidents in the future. I need a refund of my money ASAP
I recently had a disappointing experience with an employee named Ntombi from your company. Unfortunately, their behavior and tone towards me were unprofessional and unacceptable. I was treated with disrespect, and their attitude was completely uncalled for. I hope you will take necessary steps to address this issue and provide better training to your staff to ensure that clients receive the respect and service they deserve.
Had an awesome time in this restaurant I would definitely recommend it to anyone anytime , the booking process since it was an occasion.Lina assisted me through out , what friendly staff you have . All the ladies were recieved by Lethabo inside , so much patients , and dedication to her work , she represent the goal and visions perfectly well , she knows customer service top tier . Everyone was happy and appreciated the food , environment and atmosphere 👌🤭
I am still disappointed to report that Mafadi Property Service has consistently provided subpar service, despite my repeated complaints over the past 2-3 years. Last year, I wrote a review highlighting the deplorable state of their units, with numerous amenities and features not functioning properly. Regrettably, nothing has changed. The same issues persist, and I continue to face unacceptable challenges with their service. It is absolutely disgusting that a company can neglect their responsibilities for such an extended period, showing a blatant disregard for customer satisfaction and basic standards of service. I urge others to exercise extreme caution when dealing with Mafadi Property Service, as their incompetence and lack of accountability can lead to immense frustration 😢
A horrible experience I am getting from this company, I have 1year 5months moved in one of their apartments in Parksquare Klippotjie, upon moving there were certain important things not functioning. I communicated with did kind of managers including building managers there , up to this day nobody has ever come to check what is wrong and how it should be fixed . Frustration that comes with living in an incomplete insecure or unsafe home , I have exhausted my options coming here . They absolutely do not take their customers serious.
I ordered a Tripple decker meaty pizza , recieved it burnt , dry , not presentable for a customer . I called them they sorted it out by sending another pizza . My mistake was eating they dry pizza since I was hungry and it took time in the phone complaining and bringing the pizza . For eating the pizza I got harassed and disrespected by the staff there not only them but the owner of the restaurant called me late after hours aswell harassing and disrespectful. To make matters worse I did not eat the second pizza they send I instead ordered something else coz I did not trust that restaurant. I was just hurt with the level of customer service they gave how the address me including the owner . I felt so disrespected
I am so disappointed at activate by Absa insurance I had a car accident last week lodged a complaint online same day , I have been calling the insurance number for assistance with no one answering, the longest I have is an hour , I have telematics device that did not work for me In the day of accident. I have proof of emails that have not been replied . Devastated and no way forward yet I pay my policy every month with no skipping. So much for an insurance. Please hello Peter do review this for me
