VOLPES and BASH
Since 2000, I was "sold" on VOLPES product QUALITY, numerous years online ordering, agreeable bit more expensive than general chain "equivalents". My Home & Cottage & Chalet don't have curtains, bedding sheeting, pillows etc that's NOT purchased from Volpes! April viewed "seasonal specials" on the App, by pure luck 'created profile'/login with "BASH". Hubby and I visited the shop, at K90 centre! MISTAKE, HUGE MISTAKE!... Approached by young inexperienced floor sales person, whom "smothered" me, he didn't understood that I wanted to see actual bathroom towels that were on promotion, but it didn't deter him, TWICE he shoved [seemed like bluish fluffy throws] right into my face, totally ignoring my request. Right there, the planned shopping list disappeared! At the counter, oldish gentleman, became completely panic-stricken, informed me if I don't have a TFG card, I'm not eligible for any discounts! Huge confusion, a gentleman stepped in, obviously either Senior/Floor Manager, explained new requirement of logging into "BASH" account in order to qualify for said discount[s], but, still not the end of this nightmare, I had to make three [3] different transactions, reason, the system won't give me the second item's promo discount... How sad, after 23+ years, I'm forced to start shopping around! Then ABSOLUTE WORST, HELLISH NIGHTMARE started with BASH! Their Sales/Promo Pitched E-mails flooded my inbox! You can unsubscribe from one category, doesn’t stop, finally tag each as SPAM! They advertise thousands of products! TOTALLY DISAPPOINTED!

The Courier Guy Drivers!
The Delivery Guy Drivers, min qualification req: Matric Cert least Grade 10, valid Code 8/10 license, valid Prof Driving Permit (PrDP) & Clear ******** record. These People are courteous, respectful, kind, trusting individuals trying to earn a HONEST Living! Way more than majority of population today that's non-skilled/under qualified!!! They've been accused of "dangerous/speeding Taxi's"; from my point of view, experience over 20 years online, would love to explain couple of facts! Being a delivery person today are one off the most "dangerous careers" in SA... Potholes make most roads unsafe, they're being 'stalked', hijacked, ******, kicked, stabbed, some has lost their lives, just because slight "possibility" couple parcels could contain valuables! If your parcels was "mistakenly" incorrectly delivered, upon order placement, ensure to give 100% clear, concise instructions in the "notes section/add info". Up-to-date, NEVER received damaged packaging, cracked or broken items, received Crystal Chandelier, ramekins, etc etc, in perfect condition! However what I experienced lately are their support structure lacking! Near useless [email protected] & WhatsApp, extremely difficult to get your message over! Possibility, developed overnight into one off thé biggest couriers! Hopefully they read and rectify the "communication section"!

Afrihost- Fantastic Service Provider!
WOW... 🙈... I logged out AND In, because, I couldn't believe all the "Bad Reviews" I just read about Afrihost! NOT ONCE, on WhatsApp, Live-Call Centre or e-mail, did ANY of the Support received from Afrihost Serve Centers, definitely not experienced this "Terrible Service"......... I personally, MESSED UP TWICE, all personnel treated me with respect AND patience! Reason for wanting this review, was to thank the CEO, Mr Gian Visser!! I'm totally 'dumbfounded'! I LOVE, LOVE AFRIHOST and will definitely NOT CONSIDER to CHANGE! Thank you ❤️ Afrihost, suppose it's TRUE, Quantity vs Quality 😉 ‼️💯🤩

Dedication to Hadeco Bulbs SA
Paying Tribute to HADECO Bulbs, South Africa. Today I want to dedicate Hadeco Bulbs SA and their 'front of house' ladies namely [1] Jayne Garner [2] Shae Gossmann and [3] Ashton Murray and their 'unseen/unknown' backup support team, a high, delivering a never disappointing customer service!. Over 2 decades + couple years, thanks to modern technology, a 'relationship' with a leading business such as Hadeco were built, acutely aware, I'm just a 'drop of water in the bucket, still they treated me as a V,I.P., that seduce us gardeners with a glance in Paradise! Not only are their products TOP QUALITY, it's only outdone by a team, worth their weight in Platinum! The constant EXTREMELY EFFICIENT SERVICE never seized to exist! We went through a period of identifying 'golden oldies'! Admittedly it was the most "fun" I had in years! 2023, I had the privilege of some correspondence with Jarred Bell, Marketing Manager! Excellent in his field!

Efficiency and Knowledgeable Staff/Customer Service!
CTM Boksburg. My review is specifically about a young Lady called Thimile! She's the BEST Service Consultant I've met in a long time! They [husband and Thimile] already busy discussing a Ceramic Toilet system, complete and on SPECIAL! Met up with them and said, yes please, I want it! From the word 'go' she OUTSHINED her co-Service Consultants, "hanging around". I explained to her my Picture/Vision, and, she caught on FAST! Worked out every 'technicalities', she scanned, I told her the requirements, by changing the design from vertically to horizontally! From the accent wall, mosaics and grouting with matching taps/fittings... Thimile did it!! Professionally, knowledgeable and efficient! Went over to loading bay area, and NOT to my surprise, she arranged the payment, the exact amount sqm AND loading, effortlessly! CTM, take care of precious staff members as Thimbile! My accent shower wall and mosaics floor, ALREADY Installed, looking GORGEOUS! THANK YOU THIMILE! You're a Treasure!
