Bulbs not great
I have nothing negative to say about the company itself - customer service etc. BUT for the last 2 seasons, I have bought bulbs that seem to be sub standard. At least 1/3 of the bulbs do not come up: same position,, same pots, same treatment.

I HAVE ORDERED BULBS WITH HADECO, I HAVE ORDERED PLANTS AND SEED NUMEROUS TIMES. BEST QUALITY EVER! THEY HAVE NOT GOTTEN MY ORDER WRONG AND I AM SO HAPPY WHEN I RECEIVE MY ORDER. THANK YOU HADECO FOR YOUR PROFFESSIONAL SERVICE, MY GARDEN LOOKS GREAT!!

Wow Hadeco! Bravo!!! I purchased bulbs for my elderly mom whom is a garden fanatic, I emailed them regarding a few bulbs short counted in her 3 packets. In no time their customer relations replied and today the couriers delivered an abundance of new bulbs for mom! I am thoroughly impressed, thank you.

Five star service in the midst of and in spite of the pandemic.
I grew up with Asparagus. I wanted to plant them in my garden and finally found some plants on a 6 month waiting list at Hadeco. I ordered and the 6 months was up during lock-down. I expected them to default like most companies, but to my surprise I got a note that they will be so ending them off by courier. Unfortunately the courier lost my parcel and all my plants died. I wrote to both courier and Hadeco. The courier never replied, but to my amazement a parcel with the replacement plants arrived this morning! Without a murmur, they replaces the scarce and expensive plants immediately! I must recommend them as a company with exceptional customer service! PLEASE CC [email protected] ;
