Poor service delivery for members with chronic conditions. After being informed by discovery that I'm covered for a blood glucose meter due to me being a diabetic, I tried to claim for one. It's been 5 months now that I have been struggling to get one. They simply doesn't pay for it, although I'm covered for it. I spoke to several operators and sent numerous emails with lots of promises that it will be resolved and that they will call me back shortly...nevertheless, I am still not able to measure and manage my chronic condition.
The Nappi code for the meter is 1737310001. I need to collect it from the vaal mall branch dischem vanderbijlpark. Ref of last 2 useless interactions: 11963986339 11873356646. Most discovery persons I spoke to promised to call me back to provide updates and feedback...it NEVER happened. I assume my next step will be the ombudsman(council for medical schemes). Discovery doesnt have any urgency or willingness to assist, regardless that this can become a life threatening situation...and they will then be responsible for the consequences.
I bought a new mahindra ax7l, since I bought it I had numerous issues...all software related. Every time it has an issue, it has to go in for software updates. Do not buy a Mahindra
I am a registered diabetic. I have been strolling with Discovery medical aid to pay for a blood glucose meter(the one that they prescribed/allow for) on my medical plan. I have sent a 100 emails and spoke telephonically to numerous persons at Discovery. Its an error on their side wich they are aware off...but they dont value my life enough to sort it out and pay for an item for which I am supposedly covered for.
The solar system installed by Jaco and his team is really excellent, have not used any Eskom supply after they installed my system. Installation was done very neatly. Excellent after sales service, always friendly and promptly.
After my new Mahindra AX7L have been back to mahindra workshops about 6 times, it is still giving software problems. The engine light came on yet again. I would advise everyone against buying a mahindra, they dont have good after sales service. You cant believe a new car(now 18000 kilos on) can have so many issues. No response from mahindra sa
The lack of response from Mahindra SA is testament of their poor after sales service and their inability to back their inferior quality vehicles.
I bought a 2024 Mahindra XUV700 AX7L. Since i got it the software has been problematic, I had it at Mahindra on numerous occasions. Either or both of the dash screens go off regularly, the cameras fail to function regularly, the sound system sometimes doest function, the automatic seat malfunctions, the android sometimes doesnt want to connect and on 2 occasions the drive train warning light came on and had to be cleared and faults rest. The drivers seat leather is starting to crack. The car has 16000km on the clock, this is pathetic for a new car to keep giving issues. Every time I have to leave it at one of the mahindra agents for a day and do not have other transport.
Vodacom is *****ulently misleading customers into migrating to more expensive contracts. They contacted me and informed me that 2 of my contracts can be migrated to better packages with no extra cost whatsoever, in fact my monthly premiums would be less than what it currently is. Only to find out when I looked at my bill that it is more than R100 per month per contract more. I have called them regarding this and the consultant informed me that I will be switched back to my original packages. I told them to listen to the recorded calls...I will not pay more than my normal installment. Yet, they are still billing me more. Be ware of vodacom, they are dishonest, misleading and con customers into higher more expensive packages.
