AUTOMAGIC CENTURION : Terrible Workmanship and Ethics; tail light fell off on highway, number plate lights hanging out the back, PDC came loose and fell out of the bumper, missing bumper parts (not re-installed), broke my cars handbrake and now want to blame it on me for not maintaining it! Unfortunately had to take my car back after first round of bad workmanship for them to repair the mess and guess what; they did not even re-install the missing parts and tried to hand it back to me without the parts for the 2nd time! I sincerely hope Santam sorts them out; maybe this review will help someone in the area not to take their vehicle to this place because they will cause you a lot of pain and grief and try and hand it back to you in a much worse state! I await the outcome of this situation, lets see if they can turn this into a positive, but I doubt it based on my 3rd experience with them all negative / bad!
Really bad service, authorization takes very long and sometimes you don't even get a reply and you need to follow up manually and also the WhatsApp support has no response for 30+ minutes. Really bad customer service!
Xneelo backend developers deleted 2 of our production instances without any notice to us. We have lost 4+ months worth of asset register information from our RMM system due to this. And the best response we received from them was we're so sorry for the inconvenience if there is anything we can do let us know! They could not even recover the deleted instances! Really terrible "World Class" environment their running on the backend with no due diligence processes in place where developers can't just delete production instance within the blink of an eye! Please think twice before spinning up anything in their hosting environment!
Takealot MORE subscription is good for nothing other than the portal showing you some **** number of saved monies. When it comes to next day deliveries it does not function, especially if your order contains more than 5 items you will never get a next dat delivery! Even after querying they can not even justify why my order, with all items being in stock in my area, will take 7 days to get delivered! Terrible experience! Amazon is much more favorable that takealot, especially when paying a monthly subscription for NOTHING!
LTE "Uncapped" Product contacted support after speed degraded tremendously and they advised that we hit the FUP limit after which they advised my to upgrade my product to an even more expensive product and that will solve the problem. After processing the upgrade and now paying double the original price the speed degraded even more (down to 1Mbps, terrible!!) and they could not fix it and had to log some technical calls for someone to resolve the issue in the background and this could take up to 7 working days! Really terrible, ill advised service! And now I got another SP and they want to charge me R1k cancelation fee because I am cancelling the service within 6 months! This is terrible and needs to be referred to the consumer protection act as they strong arm you into staying with them for 6 months and then want to charge you a lot of money if you leave! TERRIBLE SERVICE!
SCAM Drop Shipping website, stay away!! They will take your money and keep rolling the empty promises that one day you will receive some items which they themselves have not even tested or know exactly what the item that you will receiving, some time the future, looks like! STAY AWAY!
Selling products that you can never cancel! I have been trying to cancel my Telkom Fibre account for almost 3 months now because we moved to an area where there is no fibre and I am still being billed! This team is quick to complete the sell but will / can't assist in cancelations at all! This is definitely a consumer protection act claim because you can't a consume a product which they can then never cancel it!
This is a review for a previous review....the HelloPeter task team consultant that was suppose to contact me daily with feedback seems to have disappeared so now I am writing another review for him to contact me again. My DSTV PREMIUM cancelation was logged in January already so it was suppose to end last day of Feb. This was confirmed via their online chat consultant in January already because I could not move directly over to streaming only I had to fist cancel then I could move, so that is what I did then, I cancelled and they confirmed that it will be cancelled on the last day of Feb then I can activate the streaming only package! BUT now were in April already and I am still paying PREMIUM subscription and struggling to get my refund for the past 2 months and my service is still not cancelled!!!!
I have reqiested cancelation 3 months ago as I sold the vehicle and dont need the proeuct any longer and I am still being billed! Rediculious Service, not response nothing!!
I wanted to move over to the streaming package and contact DSTV support to get this done; so they then tell me that I need to cancel my package first then I can move over to the streaming only service, so I said ok let do it.....so that was in January already, then they said end of Feb it will be cancelled and I can then apply for the streaming only package! Guess what; it is now March the 23rd my package was billed as per normal and DSTV support can't assist me as all!!! I have contacted them numerous times and got references and they will get back to me within 72 hours blah blah....nothing!! They are very incompetent and due to this I just want to cancel outright and get my monies refunded for this month....no streaming package at all, want nothing todo with a company that treats their subscribers like this! Terrible!
