shortfall payout
we had a shortfall claim although not happy at all with how they calculate amounts the process was quick and roshelle assisted promptly and very fast even if i was one off the most difficult people to deal with she stood her ground and helped but lessons learned on the policies dealers sell to you scan them and make sure it is what you need
