I am disappointed in their service. I have been waiting for my parcel for over 48 hours. The only communication am getting from them is that my parcel is with the driver but they not confirming when it will be delivered. Is this the treatment one gets for rescheduling a delivery?
Is Telkom a network because it's not networking. Everyday we have network problems. A mobile network can't have same issues everyday. TelkomSA fix you network

I have claimed for uif maternity benefit in February ,at department of labour in Springs. it's may now and I haven't received any payment. My claim has been with a assessor since February. When you call, they keep saying follow up after 7 days, their call centre agents are useless. It's funny how this money gets deducted from our salary every month but when you need it, it's like you are applying for a loan with a bad credit score. My rent is 4months behind, I always have to borrow money to survive but uif is being deducted from my salary without fail. This is really bull****. Am not enjoying being a first time because am always stressing about how am I going to buy milk and nappies for my child, but I have uif being deducted from my salary. If it was possible I was going to cancel it frm being deducted because it has not helped me on bad days.
Why all government institutions give bad service. I app**** for maternity uif in February and it's April I still haven't received my first payment, yet every month uif gets deducted from my salary but when you claim you dont get 5 star service. I am being taken from pillar to post. Springs labour department didn't declare my documents. When you call them they never answer their phone. This online applications they are not working for them, they should go back to the old system. Am even struggling to buy my baby nappies and milk , I haven't even paid my rent.
I have been trying to cancel my MTN Contract, paid their cancelation fee on time but their call centre agents on their Retention department keep dropping my calls when they see my cancelation payment. They make me hold then drop the call. My Question is ain't we allowed to cancel our contracts when we no longer want it. I even lodged a complaint with NCR. I hope they will be able to assist me
Are we not supposed to cancel a contract at MTN because I have been trying to cancel since morning but they always leave my call unattended. Then come end of the month they will be expecting you to pay for data that you not even using. MTN CALL CENTRE Service sucks
Woolwarths Springs Mall, their service is bad. They open just 2 tills when they have a long Que.
