I really don't understand this horrible treatment im getting from Innovation Group IGD tyre and rim they put a person on hold for too long, never call back, claim agents are so rude and the phone and unprofessional. You even have to call them just so they can check your email They rejected my claim last year October for rim and i had to come up with money to fix it myself. Today my 2 wheels are damaged including tyres. When i try to claim they tell me i must produce proof of invoice of the very same claim they rejected i mean why would you request that if you rejected it. Shouldn't you focus on the merits of the new claim? If you reject a claim it means im on my own therefore i must fix it however i can, which i did. Now they demand me something which has nothing to do with the new claim but old rejected one. The wheels do not have any rim damage history. I had to come up with a plan to fix my rim myself now they holding me on to that. When i try to register a new claim. I mean what is this nonsense
I have never been this disappointed at a bank, im glad i dont bank with this ******* service bank The branch at new market mall is so unprofessional, the consultants ask which other what to do, they clearly dont know their job been here with my old mother for than 2 hours we still in queue as im writing this they busy send us to different departments they clearly dont even understand their role of duties How can you send clients to 3 departments in one branch for a simple service request
Horrible, horrible, horrible company they dont fix their devices and they hire collection companies to collect money i had their device which never worked now they demanding me money, Stay away from Netstar 5 of my friends same complaints Stay away from Netstar panic buttom package or just stay away
STAY AWAY FROM NEDBANK MOTOR VEHICLE INSURANCE Nedbank insurance are scam I signed with them been paying my premiums when my vehicle got damaged they don't want to register my claim their claims department never answer phone calls they NEVER call back I can't even register my claim because I can't get the claim department it's been 3 weeks of just trying to register a claim My car is stuck at repairs they can't do anything I don't even have a claim number can you imagine till today I'm still trying I advice people to stay away from Nedbank motor vehicle insurance I'm very disappointed and I feel scammed
