When you try to contact the individual who is in charge of your account and speak to a nother consultant about a situation the response with in 10 to 15 minutes after 3 hours you have to contact them again for feedback and no feedback1 reply

Constant slow internet speed
Because Axxess use MTN as there carrier there internet speed is slow and after numerous times of complaints the response it that the tower is the problem0 replies

After numerus attempts to inform axxess that the 150mps that you are required to pay for you never get not even 30mbps axxess is not interested in rectified the speed issue this is unacceptable the only excuse is sorry for the inconvenience what i pay for is what is expected0 replies
