I asked to see a policy that says he cant refund me, he doesnt have it, please refund me today. I paid cash yesterday in cash, I will go back and collect it . Thank you.

We have called Bonitas repeatedly for guidance on what is required to obtain approval, but each time we are transferred back and forth between departments with no clear explanation of the actual reason for rejection or what additional information or documentation is needed. The Financial Impact: Because the authorization process has stalled and her condition is life-threatening, we have been forced to proceed with treatment out of pocket. Her oncologist recommended a six-month intensive protocol at R40,000 per cycle, but due to the urgency and our financial constraints, we are undergoing a 12-month treatment cycle costing R6,000 per cycle for medication and R32,000 per cycle for the doctor's fees — amounting to significant out-of-pocket expense annually, despite holding active medical aid cover. Our Frustration: We are paying for medical aid that is not covering our member's critical treatment. When we contact Bonitas to resolve this, we receive no productive assistance, no timeline for decision, and no clarity on next steps. This has forced us into financial hardship during an already devastating health crisis.
Hi, i spoke to about 8 people last week, and they referred me to Mondo. Mondo is referring me back to you. I see its been 8 days since we spoke and nothing is happening. I have a contract were I get R260,00 airtime monthly, however, this month i only received R229.00. I had a banance of R53,00 on my sim card from last month, but now it has dissapeared. Please fix this mess or cancel my contract immediately. I want my money today or cancel this thing immediately.

So I bought Sennheiser BT350 headphones from takealot, only to find them not working properly. I then returned them. I then received an email from a very rude consultant who failed to explain why you are replacing the very same problem. Can I please get my refund or atleast give me an option to take a different brand or item? This Sennheiser is not really what it was advertised to be. I want my money or change this thing.
I wish to lodge a formal complaint regarding a serious hygiene concern I witnessed today at the butchery section of the Shoprite store at Mall of Tembisa. Upon approaching the butchery, I observed that the meat on display was surrounded by numerous flies. The situation appeared unhygienic and raised significant food safety concerns. Meat that is exposed to flies poses a health risk to customers and should not be allowed in a retail environment. I immediately requested to speak with the butchery manager but was informed that he was busy. I then approached the store manager, who was identified to me as Phathu. Unfortunately, instead of treating the matter with urgency and seriousness, he appeared dismissive of the concern and did not demonstrate any intention to address the issue immediately. I find it extremely concerning that a major retail store would allow such conditions in a butchery section where food safety and hygiene should be strictly maintained. The presence of flies around exposed meat indicates a failure in basic hygiene controls. I request that this matter be urgently investigated and that corrective measures be implemented to ensure that customers are not exposed to potential health risks. Hi, what is this charge for Vitality Money Premium and how do I remove it? This thing keeps on charging me R17,50 every month and I did not subscribe or ask for it to be added on my account. Please remove it immediately and refund me all the money you charged me for it. I have requested for this to be done some time ago already, why are you still charging me? Is it because I moved my salary to Discovery?
