Pathetic poor service on a credit card increase no responds or service and always pay my debt. Pathetic
This is ****ing low service keep on asking sent payslips I did and no response please get yourself competent I have asked for a personal credit card increase I pay every month. And now no respond. This bank os not what it was keep your clients happy we pay and do not recieve feedback I have asked for a R50000 or 30000 increase fore personal concern. But you are useless. I bank with you for how long. This is pathetic

Poor poor poor service FNB credit increases
Yesterday I was sitting inside a restaurant my cards block security checks could not do anything or pay. FNB this os really poor service. Pretoria North branch very helpfull people but I am waiting 2 years now for my increase on credit card fusion account. Are you on slow strike do not tell people qualify dor 19000. And nothing happens sent payslips explained my pay how it os paid in and sometimes recieve a check pr printout to claim money that is not directly paid into my account work for metro fibre. Sallary 27700 and take hom 19700 how long mist I wait you are getting poorer by the day. And the women I talked with yesterday regarding increase did not like her attitude. Make plan with this service seriously I am a loyal customer and how many time must i sent payslips. But is is okay do not show green circule for approval around credit card. Get your stuff sorted.

All set and successful on loan increase but nothing happens. POOR SERVICE
Here we go again O asked for a fusion premier increase it was not paid but was successful so how do you put 1 and 1 together your all set and successful for 19000 no money this is the fourth time this is happening I can not understand why you do this to people if it is successful aren't you suppose to pay money in I paid ma accounts now every time this is the sam story. You are not a bad bank but these days I do not know anymore. You say successful but money is never paid in as an increase. Get the *********** competent please if you say all set and successful I am approved right so what now. I am waiting for the pay in or will take this higher up I am not banking from Yesterday with FNB. Seriously poor service and communication regarding loans and credit card increase. 5 days still no feedback and I have sent all payslips Really. Sort your stuff out please

Pathetic service
Good Day I am so frustrated I can die.. How many time must I sent my payslip you can draw my bankstatement there are always stories to get a increase on my fusion loan all well it is all set an was successful for 25000 to 50000 even the credit card. Lane FNB we can see it is year end no one wants to work. I am so ****** tired and now suddenly no response even when susccessful and set no money paid in. Useless banking seriously. I bank with you how many years. And now all declined did I miss a payment. Call yourself one of the great banks. I want to move as soon as possible if this is the type of service I get. You do not read your mail ot is 6 weeks noe no response just sent payslips and so on and I did how many times. Do your ****** work

Not recieving my limit increase on fusion account very disappointed all my stuff paid
I recieved a notification for a limit increase on my fusion account it was successful. 3 days now and stil no limit increase on my available funds in my fusion account. I have waited 48 hours still no increase. Very poor do not tell people successful and then come with other stories

Poorest payouts ever. No more
Most lamest payouts ever. You never get proper bonusses no people stay away. This is really not worth it. I played het multiple times for such big online gambling platforms this is pathetic. But never again your payouts suck. And by the by do not phone me please it is just a waste of time Thank you
