Gold Valley Casino Has No Support Team
I have tried numerous times to get in touch with the support group but keeps messagings back All agents are busy please email the support group which I did twice I December 2025 it's January 2026 now and still no response from the support team . Does Gold Valley Casino have a support team ?

STEAK PIZZA LOOKS LIKE DRIED OUT BILTONG
22 November 2025 Ordered a steak prego Pizza waited an hour an a half for a dried out pizza When I asked to change the order to Burgers and they still expect me to pay the difference this is unacceptable.

Do not suspect me playing by you ever again. Low budged gaming about R450 2 bonusses paid R6 Joker gaming serious but maybe your the same poepol that have the other shop California. My friend your taking chances. This is ****ing lame game payouts for what we put in to keep your tos doors open as clients. Go on every dog got its day you will get a ****ing weekend. Last time waste of peoples time and money. How do you think or maybe you cant think get this sorted and fast

Do not let this guy take you for a doos he is paying pathetic ****. You never get decent wins or bonusses. Online biggest waste of time. And this is bull****. Management and this ****ing owner better make a plan soon. This ****ed up one man win games and bet high get nothing bet low get even less. I promise you until people talk good from this ****hole again. I will not play. Your **** gaming. Make plan my friend and fast. This is Idiotic gaming seriously. R200 no win not one single bonus and last night over R600 again not a bonus no wins. The people must stop wasting their time and money. Verification ERROR keeping me from withdrawing MY WINNINGS
After numerous attempts to verify my Xbets account so that I can proceed to withdraw my winnings; Error after error. I emailed the customer support with my query and they responded speedily saying I must send them my documents so that they can upload it. I did send them the documents ASAP and NO RESPONSE WHATSOEVER eversince. In my transaction history it showes my atm withdrawal request and that it's still pending yet when I click to cancel the withdrawal it says I have no pending requests. I've always had a good experience with sit in Gold Valley casinos. But the online SUCK. I WANT MY MONEY

I have deposited money in but it did not reflect in my GV account. I have attempted several times to get in touch with them with no response or feedback from email. As a first time client who just registered with them makes me think if this is a ***** company.
