After numerous attempts to verify my Xbets account so that I can proceed to withdraw my winnings; Error after error. I emailed the customer support with my query and they responded speedily saying I must send them my documents so that they can upload it. I did send them the documents ASAP and NO RESPONSE WHATSOEVER eversince. In my transaction history it showes my atm withdrawal request and that it's still pending yet when I click to cancel the withdrawal it says I have no pending requests. I've always had a good experience with sit in Gold Valley casinos. But the online SUCK. I WANT MY MONEY
We bought a Bosch gas stove from Hirsch in Centurion on 2022-12-21. We now battle to light the oven burner and of the hob burners does not light up always. This is with a full new gas bottle. We submitted a call to Hirsch's along with the COC. Charlene Naidoo submitted it to Bosch Service. The stove has a 3 year guarantee. Now Bosch called us to say their terms and conditions have changed and we have to pay a R600 call out fee to do repairs. We were not at all notified of this so-called change in T&C's I will definitely not consider Bosch in the future.
I us with extreme annoyance that I place this report on Captiec. I use my cell app once a month to transfer money to my husband. Every month I have to visit a branch to have my app reset before I can use it. I also cannot reset it myself as it is unable to contact home affairs. Not a single person at Capitec can sort this out once and final and also no reason is provided why it happens. I find this extremely poor as I am a pensioner and it is costing me money to go to a branch every month.
