I see quite a number of people have written bad reviews about winning and then not getting the winnings afterwards. I have deposit quite a few times where I have received 300% my deposit value and till now I have never won anything from them . I once had almost R200 and spinned it out with not a single combo . So if people that are winning are not receiving there money and me that is not winning should 1day be fortunate to win something and then not receive the winnings then it means this Play Live Casino is a ***** company. Don't waste your time registering to this company stay far away they are *****sters.
I have tried numerous times to get in touch with the support group but keeps messagings back All agents are busy please email the support group which I did twice I December 2025 it's January 2026 now and still no response from the support team . Does Gold Valley Casino have a support team ?
Since my first bad review more then a year ago ,I have deposit and played numerous times on there platform and has never won nor cashed out anything from them . I have played on other platforms in which I have lost and won from them yesplay is the only platform were I remain a loser.
When I started playing on this platform I counted my wins against my loosers which was not bad although my losses were more but it wasn't that bad but for the past few months I haven't won anything , even when you get bonuses and need to wager it to 100% but you don't even get to 10% most of the time not even 5%. There system has also becoming very glitche you can actually see how at jumps .
I have deposited money in but it did not reflect in my GV account. I have attempted several times to get in touch with them with no response or feedback from email. As a first time client who just registered with them makes me think if this is a ***** company.
I have played on yesplay before and lost now that I played again and won and want to withdraw it says there is a problem with my documents I must live chat with an agent. When I went into live chat a lady started chatting to me and as soon as I mentioned withdrawal she switched me to a robot message and I have since had no response from the live chat. I have emailed with no response as well. I have tried phoning with no answer as well. There customer service to recruit customers is very quick but they don't have custom services when you are already a customer and you win and want to withdraw. It's been 3 days now and still no response from yesplay.
