I see quite a number of people have written bad reviews about winning and then not getting the winnings afterwards. I have deposit quite a few times where I have received 300% my deposit value and till now I have never won anything from them . I once had almost R200 and spinned it out with not a single combo . So if people that are winning are not receiving there money and me that is not winning should 1day be fortunate to win something and then not receive the winnings then it means this Play Live Casino is a ***** company. Don't waste your time registering to this company stay far away they are *****sters.

Outstanding customer service and easy withdrawal
Like all online casinos you win some you lose some, but I have to commend this online casino on their absolutely outstanding customer service and support. Whenever i have sent a query it is answered and sorted within minutes. I do not activate bonuses as I do not like play throughs but all my withdrawals have been successful without any issue. Withdraw problems
I registered yesterday, did not accept any bonusses, I deposited money into the casino account, Played and won. Now I want to withdraw and it gives me a limit. Cannot chat to anyone online. Have logged a ticket but no response as yet. Just want some clarity of how this works why cant I withdraw my winnings. FICA has been done

Withdraw problems

They are ****ming people Put money on on saterday ,received a coupon of 50 x spons on a game Played the game won R40 Move to a new game ( after the 50 x free spins was done) Won R8k and then they said something about winning with Coupon warra warra and the R8k disappeared from my money And then i played on Won R4k amd withdraw it and just now i received a msg on the site that they canceled it because i manipulated the game *** !!!! So if you win they say u manipulated the game *** PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DONT PLAY PLAY LIVE THEY ARE ****MING YOU

I used to love this site untill they changed providers, the games freeze when playing then loose cash as well ons the free games on Wednesday I haven't had a great won, especially my last few times I deposited money I lost the money instantly when playing so for my experience I am not happy with this site anymore and also the amount to deposit is crazy because they only have expensive games and don't like booming games......
