They are so useless, they don't care or check up if the parcel is delivered to the right address, they just rush to deliver without double checking if this is the right person to deliver the parcel too, they promise lies to the shop that we would call your customers upon delivery the parcel and which they don't even do that, parcel JDD5000166706001 which was delivered on wrong address no even phone call before delivery, which it is useless courier company that doesn't value the customer parcel so useless
Incredible connection it is so useless in their system if parcel bought online and the is a mistake about the address, they don't help you instead they promise you that driver of their courier company will call you to address the matter which it is Aramex, they don't even border to call you Aramex they just carry on delivering the parcel, my parcel delivered on wrong address parcel #9844409 and I even call them earlier before it has reach that so called Aramex company, my wrong address was supposed to be fixed earlier as I called incredible connection early, when I call they promise me lies, so useless company, they don't care about customers, we are human mistake happens so soon as it is spotted need to be fixed immediately but they keep saying the is nothing we can do about it π‘π‘π‘ so very annoyed incredible connection so useless
Revibe is the best, I recently bought the laptop it is refurbished but the quality of the laptop is top notch it is so amazing and I'm so very happy with the product, delivery time was so super quick I'm so happy and condition of the devic it is like new I don't even see scratch marks so keep on doing the best Revibe soon I will be purchasing another laptop very soon thank you so much revibe ππππ€π€πππ

Please take your staff to customer workshop course because seriously they don't know how to treat customers right instead of being helpful they are just lazy and just answer you with an aggressive manner when they supposed to help you, lastly how can African bank rush to open a branch without proper infrastructure things such as WiFi for Customers, I didn't have data and couldn't get help because they can't use my app then can't be assisted, had to fetch my wife to assist me in terms of data so useless ππ½π π π useless service I've got today. lastly the voucher is so annoying, you done it on the app when it is sent to email via pdf it shows download pdf but downloading pdf it is a hustle to download it because it takes you on their African bank had to log in again, had to go options after options to get the voucher number so it is send as pdf to email for what reason as it is a struggle to get the voucher number as it shows order number on pdf but voucher number hidden, that strategy itself it is annoying and waisting time when you are on quΓ© in restaurant so useless Regards Sphiwe Masuku
My wife had a recent transaction at Fair Price in Sam Ntuli Mall. She attempted to purchase a fan using my Capitec Bank card, and the amount of R230 was deducted from her account. However, Fair Price claims they have not received this payment, and my bank is unable to provide a declined slip as Fair Price cannot confirm the transaction. Her money is currently pending, and she is unable to access it. Both Capitec Bank and Fair Price are pointing fingers at each other, and she is caught up in the middle. When contacting fair price head office they don't respond to your calls and they don't respond to emails, they just ignore complaints. I kindly request your assistance in resolving this matter.
