I am extremely frustrated with the lack of clarity and assistance from MTN regarding an account I believed was fully settled and closed. I cancelled my MTN contract and requested a settlement amount, which was provided to me. I then went to an MTN store and paid the amount within the specified time frame. After making the payment, I was advised to contact customer care a few days later to confirm closure of the account. I did exactly that, and the consultant I spoke to confirmed that the account had been closed. A few months later, I started receiving emails and calls from HP Attorneys regarding an outstanding amount that I know nothing about. I am not refusing to pay if there is legitimately an amount owed, but I need clarity on what exactly this balance relates to and why it was never communicated when I settled the account. What makes this even more frustrating is that: * HP Attorneys cannot properly explain the charges and only demand payment. * MTN customer service is extremely difficult to get through to and has been unhelpful. * I was referred to another department/legal number by MTN, but they could not even locate the account on their system. * I am receiving statements from both MTN and HP Attorneys, and the amounts differ, which creates even more confusion. I simply want: 1. A clear breakdown of the outstanding balance. 2. Clarification on why the account was confirmed as closed if money was still owing. 3. Confirmation of the correct amount outstanding, if any. 4. Proper assistance from someone competent enough to resolve this matter. This experience has been stressful and exhausting, and I expect better communication and customer service from MTN.
I've always enjoyed shopping with Superbalist, but my recent experiences have been nothing short of a nightmare. For the second time in a row, my order was marked as delivered, but it was sent to the wrong address. It’s frustrating to have to go through this repeatedly, especially when I’ve been a loyal customer. I trust companies to handle deliveries properly, and this is not the way to treat customers. Not only is it inconvenient, but it’s also unacceptable to put customers at risk of losing their money. I hope Superbalist takes this feedback seriously and improves their service, or I will be forced to reconsider future purchases.
I placed an order on Snatcher Online on the 15th of August, and I’m still waiting for my items to arrive. After two weeks with no update, I reached out to inquire about the status of my order. I received an email stating that they had my order and would notify me once it was dispatched. It's now almost a month later, and I still haven't received my items. They’ve stopped replying to my emails, and their telephone number does not go through. Extremely disappointed with the lack of communication and service.

I experienced an unfortunate incident during my visit to Mr Price store at Govan Mbeki in Port Elizabeth on 28/03/2024. I was subjected to unprofessional behavior by a specific security personnel. Not only did this individual fail to offer a customary greeting, but they also displayed a disrespectful attitude while searching me. The situation escalated when the same individual proceeded to touch me without my consent, specifically to look inside my Zara leather jacket. This invasive behavior not only violated my personal space but also left me feeling deeply uncomfortable and disrespected. When I raised my concerns, I was met with rudeness and an inadequate justification that “they also sell leather jackets.” As a loyal customer of Mr Price, I expect all staff members, including security personnel, to conduct themselves with professionalism and courtesy at all times. Unfortunately, this was not the case during my recent visit. I urge the management team at Mr Price to address this issue promptly and implement measures to ensure that all customers are treated fairly and respectfully in the future. It is crucial that steps are taken to provide adequate training to your staff on proper customer interaction and that protocols are established to prevent similar incidents from occurring again. I trust that my concerns will be taken seriously and that appropriate action will be taken to rectify the situation. As a valued customer, I hope to see improvements in the conduct of your staff to ensure a positive shopping experience for everyone.

Sad to say that after writing here and being called by cell c 3 months ago and promised they would update my credit status within 21 days, my status still hasn't been updated. It Still reflects as though I'm owing cell c when the contract amount was paid in full November of 2021.
had the worst experience with unprofessional and rude contact center representatives. There is nothing the collections department or customer service can do to help with a paid up letter for an account that was settled in November 2021, they both claim. No one wants to take responsibility for actually helping me, I have been calling for weeks without receiving any help and only get back-and-forth messages. One of the agents was so unprofessional and disrespectful that while I was waiting to be assisted he dropped the call on me.
