Best insurance ever, my laptop was replaced in just 2 working days, excellent communication, am really impressed, Malaika was helpful though I was annoyed when she was more focusing on my lost ID Card as if I was claiming for ID

Soo disappointed at mochachos rynfield terrace, I have ordered 1/4 chicken lemon herb was told its gonna be ready in 10mins only to wait for 50mins and was given extra hot, very poor service

Very poor service
I am very disappointed with this guys, they don't have call centre yet they only respond to whatsapp one reply per day, just because I would like to cancel the insurance they don't respond been 3 days now no response, very disappointed if there was 0 star would definitely gonna give it as they don't even deserve my star...

Handed over account
I was under debt review, got handed over to collectors as I wanted to pay directly to them i was told that i cant do soo as i was under debt review and I paid up and closed my access facility but till to date when I go to the branch my status still flagged as handed over.
