Spent countless money and they logged my son's account out..i couldn't sign in. All I got was a bot with no understanding of the issue. It's a big business that can't even provide customer support from a human.never another cent from me.
Instead of replacing the pizza they credit my account meaning I must order again.Any business replaces items except when your return policy is floored.
Wimpy by Engen 1 stop harrismith is terrible.1 hour for toasted sandwiches and they forgot the milkshake..kfc same building 3 minutes and it was burgers
Not too many issues, however I've got little to no signal at work. Location ( R74F+85C Boksburg)
4 months still no refund.I canceled after paying the arrears and after they collected the router I was double billed.Then Rain still say I'm wrong.they need to be investigated asap
Still no refund after 3months and now the story changed and they say they don't owe me.That business is highly suspicious of fraud and I wouldn't pay 1cent for that inconsistent internet.
This is the second complaint for the same problem.2 Months and still no refund.They don't seem to take it seriously and they probably only going to respond after I seek legal advice
Apart from unethical advertising they won't refund my money.we pay for 30 days service as agreed.not 20 hours on 4 off..I phoned and an operator lied and said my supervisor is refunding you himself
