Burger radiology at advanced day clinic - scan refusal
Went to the advanced day clinic in Boksburg. My dr sent me for an emergency dobbler on my leg for a suspected dvt. I arrived at 3pm. I was the only patient there. The receptionist advised me that the sonographer is on her way out but will hear if she can help me. She came back and told me that i should come back tomorrow at 8am. Why cant you help me with an emergency if I am the only patient there and you close at 4pm? How can you be on your way out if there is still an hour left? I was simply advised to go to arwyp or linmed if i dont want to come in tomorrow. Shocking!!!1 reply

Dishonest couriers
I received an sms that my Shein parcel was returned because the business address is closed and that I am uncontactable. It is a home address, I am always here. no one came and no one called the number which is CORRECT on the order. Your drivers are dishonest!!!0 replies

Cash withdrawal cancelled by ATM, money still deducted off my account
I went to a Standard Bank ATM in Atlas Mall in Boksburg. Tried to draw R3000. The atm gave me an error stating that "transaction cancelled due to technical error". I did NOT receive my R3000. I did not get a cancellation slip. The R3000 was deducted from my account and I was also charged a Cash withdrawal fee. I called and logged the *****/ complaint. The lady was very nice. But this is a MAJOR inconvenience to me. I have accounts that I need to pay tomorrow and that money is just gone. I have no slip to prove that I did not get the funds. I am so stressed and so angry. How long is this going to take to have this sorted.5 replies

Products delivered incorrectly twice in the same week
Places two separate orders this week. Both orders were INCORRECT. The first item had the incorrect contents and the wrong colour. The second item is a birthday present that ie needed today. I ordered a gas fire stick and got delivered ink. Now I am trying to call returns and no one is picking up! This is unacceptable. What is going on at your warehouse??? SARS Withholding refunds from clients with no explanation
I have been waiting almost 30 working days for my banking details to be verified. I was promised that as soon as my banking details were verified, that my refund will be paid. now, when I called, I was informed that my refund is still under review. The man just said that it takes long and I will have to wait. He won't escalate it. But each month, I pay my tax religiously. If you are late, you get fined. But they can take their time?! I am so upset I cannot even explain it.0 replies
