I’m disappointed with the repeated poor service from Pedros. I requested that my meat be cut in half, but once again it was cut into 8 pieces instead. This same issue happened on 8 January and again on 24 April, both of which I reported. Different managers called to apologize, yet the problem keeps happening. A simple request should not be this difficult to follow. Pedros Eastrand Mall needs to improve their processes or remove the cutting options if they cannot be followed correctly.

INCREDIBLE CONNECTION Disappointed with the service I received for my online order, I ordered on the 5th of June and selected a delivery option to my workplace, after placing the order I received an email confirmation stating that delivery would take place between 2-5 business days. I was okay with that because that’s the standard delivery process. At 10:52 on the 6th of June I received an sms from incredible connections stating that my order had been handed over to their courier partners , I should track my order. I also received an email stating the same thing. At 10:56 a guy called and said my order is ready for collection in mall of Africa, I asked why should I collect it from the store because I opted for a delivery. The guy said I need to come to the mall with my ID and collect. I also received an email stating “we hear you got your order”. Which was strange to me because I hadn’t received my order. I went to incredible connections in mall of Africa after work, only to be told that they don’t have my order, I have to go to Hifi corporations. I went there and I given my order, I asked why didn’t they deliver because I selected delivery option, the assistant said he doesn’t know why and made to sign collection documents, before handing over the parcel. On one of the documents, it requires name & surname of the driver and a signature, I had to sign that as well. I find this whole very unfair because I had to spend extra money on public transportation and all this happened in the evening, which is very unsafe. If i wanted to collect I would have selected a nearby store. This is really unfair.
I am really disappointed with the TymeBank I have been trying to update my contact number for over a year now without success. Whenever I log a request to get assistance no one bothers to help,I only get automated responses that I will receive feedback on the same day which has never happened. I have visited Pick N’ Pay kiosk to have my contact number updated on their system, again it was unsuccessful, they sent an automated response.
I am unhappy with NMG. My former employer liquidated the fund we had with them due to the investment portfolio performing poorly and this was finalised early this year. Withdrawal documents were then submitted to NMG and my former colleagues have received their funds. I’ve queried via email before and nobody bothered to respond. When I called to follow up I kept being told to call after a few weeks. On the 27th of February I was told my claim is at disinvestment stage and would be finalised within 5 days. I followed up today, 15 days later, and the consultant who took my call advised they only received my withdrawal forms at the end of March which is not true. Only when I disputed this fact did the consultant check on their system and see that my forms where received much earlier than he claimed. He then said he couldn’t get hold of the administrator so could not assist further.
African bank ruined my credit record, in July I was told that my credit card is in arrears with R94,28 , on the 15th of July I called and queried that because a debit order went off for the instalment of June, an agent told me that he doesn’t understand why I’m in arrears because they received a payment. He promised to log a query and get back to me within 48hrs, we are now in august and I’m still waiting for feedback . On the 28th of July they debited the initial instalment and the “ arrears amount of R94,28” . Today I received my statement again it’s showing an amount of R252,75 in arrears, I called and an agent said she doesn’t understand where the amount is coming from because a payment was received.
