I'm struggling with isp for 3 weeks with slow speeds They always want to resolve the problem remotely or just reprovision the ont And now they are telling me I won't get my speeds with a cat 5 or 7 cable I must have a cat 6 cable,that's an joke for me No one wants to come out to site to check wats going on
It is the worst ever im struggling for 2 months now with bad connectivity and no connections every 10-20 mins and still no resolve on my issue very bad dor this service i pay for
I have very bad service for 2 weeks now and no one came out to fix my problem with intermittend connectivity and now my ont device is ofline and still waiting for a tech to come out very bad service
this is a very bad isp aswell aswell as metrofibre ive been struugling for 3 months now with my slow speed and intermittent connection and no one can fix this problem or come to my premises to sort it out

my items was ready on saturday and went to game twice as they said it was ready for collection and it wasnt and then promised me it be be delevired on tuesday today 12 Desember 2023 and its still with the courier people so now i must wait 2 days again
I did an upgrade a week ago still waiting for my device yesterday they said they made mistake whit the order number so they had to do everthing again and said it will be deliverd in the next 48 hours and now when i phoned agian they said i must wait another 3 to 7 working days ,so it seems like theres no Communication at cellc this is not Proffesionel at all ... Very bad service from cellc
Metro Fibre Networx are the most unprofessional fibre company. A week ago they installed our fibre line and since then our service provider struggled to activate our account just to find out that metro fibre never spliced our fibre at their boundary box and the technician who assisted that day forgot to tell us. We have called metro fibre numerous times to assist with this matter and each phone call ends in empty promises that they will send someone out that day. We are very disappointed in their services and we do not recommend anyone to make use of their company.
