I would like to to just appreciate Gelmar staff for constantly calling me to collect my online, store collection order I made 29th March 2026. The message, calls etc might seem annoying to others but to me they are attentive. And to the cashier Nolovia at the Princess Crossing branch, what a delight to have the pleasure of being served by her. She just provided me with the kind of service I haven't received in a while as she went over and above. Thank You.
I would like to write a review about King Price Insurance. Babongiwe Mabena called me back after I left a message with Tshegofatso Molefe on the 28th Feb 2026 who was a great to deal with. Babongiwe was very kind and a delight to deal with. She handled my query professionally and promptly. I'm always happy with King Price and all they offer from their service to the staff, thank you Prudence Dosha.
Kamogelo Maphosa, was the agent who assisted me with my query, he was a delight to speak to as he possessed a positive spirit. Though it got a bit rocky due to miss communication he acknowledged and accepted his mistake which made things progress successfully. I appreciated his willingness to see things through as we are all trying our best and no one is perfect. I'm happy with the outcome of my query.
Shout out to Melissa Mdabe, for calling me even after failed attempts. When she did reach me she advised on the changes to my policy. I appreciated her poliitness even though I sounded off in the beginning, she was professional and answered my questions and sent my updated schedule.
A big shout out to Whitley Smith, kind and generous and very professional. What I liked about her was when I explained my opinions or thoughts she understood and ephathised as a human and not an agent looking to score a buck. Keep up the good work.
Krugersdorp Traffic Department Booked for 6 Dec - arrived they didn't go according to the bookings, but i was done within 45 minutes. Keep up the good work, the service was efficient and the staff were polite and the place was clean including the rest rooms. My time was quick because i had done my eye test privately and already had my pics - however the 2 ladies i chatted with didnt were meant to do their eye test. But when i left they were already in the paying que so the kind of service they gave had no delays
Each time i order something online and they use RAM i always have to experience frustration. Your the only courier company that I've had the worst service with. Saturday your 02.12.2023 your driver called to see if he can deliver but i wasn't home and we arranged for Monday. Monday no call no delivery, i call your customer services speak and complain to Nolthando 9:11am who said she would escalate the matter and have it delivered. Wednesday nothing i call again and speak to Xolani 15:49pm he advises he will escalate. Thursday 13:54 pm Collins calls me to confirm my address and that i should expect a call from the driver...end of the day nothing. Friday 08.12.2023 2:46pm i log on to track the parcel i see on the 7.12.2023 Incorrect address on waybill, how if Collins confirmed and mind you when i speak to the agents i have to confirm ADDREESS, contact nr etc!!!!! Now i call 14:46 pm hold for about 8 mins only for my call to get dropped. What i wrong with you people can you not just do one thing and call when the driver is in my area and ill will direct him if is LOST instead of disregarding my address. I will not pay for something to be delivered at Point A and then have you disregard it, i'm really APPALLED AT YOUR SERVICES HONESTLY!!! CAN I JUST GET MY GOODS AND BE DONE WITH YOU!!
I purchased bus tickets at the Chamdor branch. I was assisted by Paballo Bothelezi, who was utterly rude and unprofessional. She gave me such horrendous service because she was not there too work but have a good chat with he colleague who mind you was working and pushing the lotto que. Paballo had only 1 customer upon my arrival, she was casually taking her time, stopping too talk then passing money to her colleague for change and just wasting time. After enduring this for almost 10 minutes I decided to ask for the manager from a lady who looked like a supervisor - I explained my situation and the bad service. We went to Paballo who gave us attitude and literally forced too apologise. I dont understand how it's a grievance to just assist customers and send them off. It wasn't the time for to be chatting away as though she was on her lunch break and too be rude about it once her behaviour was brought forward was appalling. She needs to be brought to book as no1 deserve professionalism when all you want is too be attended to with help and a smile.
