Road block northpine
Good morning officers thank you for having a toad block at northpine primary school brackenfell to check for legal children transportation it makes my heart happy to see our children safety is taken serious some vans got impounded and for those who got away and made u turns I'm sure another road block will be held at school I know it's difficult for parents but it is after all for the safety of our children traffic department and officers I salute you for this outstanding job and they were very respectful mainly the elderly traffic officers weldone guys I'm.very proud and catch those who made their way out and escaped.

Motlasana traffic department
Wrongfully received fine. Send numerous emails with proof of incorrect vehicle registration plate numbers on fine photo and just keep on receiving messages to pay. Currently busy issuing notice to appear in court. I tried to phone their department but phone is not working, so I phone through Municipal but then phone just ringing.

Traffic Department poor service
I've been at Coligny Traffic Department since 7:30am and I must the service rendered here is deplorable to say the least. We get to be told that the person doing vehicle licenses is out with no clear experience as to where he went. Then he comes back almost an hour later with no apology at all to us clients standing in a que with no chairs to sit on I mean what kind of service is that and that from a government department.

I've been at Coligny Traffic Department since 7:30am and I must the service rendered here is deplorable to say the least. Horrible service
I went to Sasolburg License department from Monday till Friday & they're are always offline, how possible is dat? they keep on telling us even head office is offline. Then where can we get assistance?

Worcester Traffic Department- Disgusting service from the cashier/receptionist
Worst service terrible & disgusting. The black female cashier should go for training about work ethics & Batho pele principles. She will close the desk & shout she’s going to lunch without anyone assisting the queue we have to wait until she comes back. Today after an hour waiting for assistance she closed the desk & told the 3 people waiting for assistance that the place is closed & left us just like that, ow she’s terrible at her work, so unprofessional No name tags I don’t even know what is her name.

To protect and serve?
At 13:15 today I was on my way to 13:15 Capitec Bank in Lady Grey street, Paarl. I'm disabled and wheelchair bound and unable to get to the bank without assistance from my carer and we have on a previous visit to the bank been advised by bank to park the car Infront of the bank, and was ordered very rudely by 2 offersers from the traffic department to remove the car immediately. I was unable to get the names of them but they drove a verchile marked with the number, C0771. I don't expect any special treatment by anyone, but at least show some empathy for your fellow human beings!

Paying a penalty for a license when it's already paid!?
I am writing this as I am highly frustrated that the traffic department is penalizing me for my license disc that is still currently valid untill December 2025 but I've had to pay a R1400 penalty fee for a second disc and feel this is highly unfair. I was not notified that I need to pay since the car was transferred into my name and why was the previous owner not refunded then for her payment if I'm being penalized. If I get stopped at a road block my car is legally valid and I can't get a fine unyet I'm being penalized of R1400.
