I went to the KwaZulu Natal Traffic department, Pinetown branch early in the Morning to book for my learners, to my dismay, their forms ran out and we were advised to try again the next day, imagine we came early in the Morning only to be turned away a Traffic officer addressed us at 8:00 am advising to try again the next day and they’re not gonna give us reference numbers to skip the queue, the services are extremely appalling, resources are not utilised effectively yet we are Tax payers, the government must please investigate this Branch because it’s either resources are unnecessary limited or staff members are blatantly slacking

I purchased a refurbished iPhone from Agan through takealot and the phone had problems, i then submitted a warranty claim and they picked the phone up, since then they hadnt sent a reply for 3 weeks, then i had to harrass them through email to be able to get a reply. The reply was "sorry for the wait" then since then another 4 days has passed since they rep**** again. They have all of my info and data on that phone. I need it.

Submitted my PRDP renewal from last year November i even called afiswitch to check Whats the hold up…there’s no hold up the DLTC is not doing their job it’s been 6 months still waiting for my PRDP when I go there every time the staff always say “we are still waiting for the finger prints

People be aware of the ****mers outside, those guys that claims to be working with some individuals from inside, they will make you jump the queue, all is a lie. They ****med me yesterday of about R3700.00 for a licence dusk plus traffic fines. There's a guy that will call you pretending to be working with counter 1 by the name of James Moliko +27 78 146 9398 and Lebo the middle man, this guys from Meadowlands are ******. The took my money and I am giving them to God. One day they will burn in hell shem

Good morning officers thank you for having a toad block at northpine primary school brackenfell to check for legal children transportation it makes my heart happy to see our children safety is taken serious some vans got impounded and for those who got away and made u turns I'm sure another road block will be held at school I know it's difficult for parents but it is after all for the safety of our children traffic department and officers I salute you for this outstanding job and they were very respectful mainly the elderly traffic officers weldone guys I'm.very proud and catch those who made their way out and escaped.

Wrongfully received fine. Send numerous emails with proof of incorrect vehicle registration plate numbers on fine photo and just keep on receiving messages to pay. Currently busy issuing notice to appear in court. I tried to phone their department but phone is not working, so I phone through Municipal but then phone just ringing.

I've been at Coligny Traffic Department since 7:30am and I must the service rendered here is deplorable to say the least. We get to be told that the person doing vehicle licenses is out with no clear experience as to where he went. Then he comes back almost an hour later with no apology at all to us clients standing in a que with no chairs to sit on I mean what kind of service is that and that from a government department.

I went to Sasolburg License department from Monday till Friday & they're are always offline, how possible is dat? they keep on telling us even head office is offline. Then where can we get assistance?
