Dear TransUnion, I am writing to formally request the immediate closure of dispute reference number 01713246. The dispute has already passed its expected closing/resolution date, yet it still appears to remain open. I have made several follow-up calls regarding this matter and am frustrated by the continued delays and lack of resolution.
I am writing to formally raise my dissatisfaction regarding the handling of my disputes and the poor communication I have received from your customer service department. Dispute Case Number: 01631667 This dispute expired a few weeks ago and still has not been resolved or closed. I have contacted TransUnion several times and was repeatedly informed that the matter had been escalated to the relevant department. However, until today, the dispute remains active even though the 20-day resolution period has already passed. Dispute Case Number: 01713252 I opened this dispute on 16 April 2026. On 15 May 2026, after personally following up with a phone call to enquire about the progress and expiry date of the dispute, I was informed for the first time that the dispute had not been opened because your team could not access my Identity Document attachment. At no point prior to my follow-up was I notified that there was an issue with the attachment or that I needed to resend my ID via email. I have now sent my ID document to the email address provided by your consultant, but I was informed that I would need to wait another 20 days, despite the delay being caused by a lack of communication from your side. It is extremely disappointing to receive this level of service, especially considering the importance and urgency of credit dispute matters. Customers should be informed promptly when documents cannot be accessed, rather than discovering this only after making repeated follow-ups themselves. I request: 1. Immediate feedback on both disputes. 2. Closure or resolution of Case Number 01631667 without further delay. 3. Confirmation that Case Number 01713252 has now been properly opened and is being processed.
This company does not update ITC. They don't even response to the dispute from credit bureaus. I was told to wait for 14 days for my account to be updated on credit bureaus. it is over that period now. I am being told to wait for 21 days. I had to log a dispute with Transunion and Experian. I am now waiting for 21 days for that dispute to expire by itself. I HATE THIS COMPANY

******* of a company. I took my car for bumper repair on the 24th of May until today the 07th of July my car is with Renew it. Very slow people. I hate it. Nxaaaaa I will never again consider this company.
On the 15th of May 2023 i visited Edgars Festival Mall. I made the purchases by "pay just now" total amount of R1900. The 1st installment was R633 that went through from my side and I was told that the transaction failed from Edgars side.. The shop refused me to leave with the items and did not refund me the money. I was told i will receive the money on the next day from Pay Just Now. Until today the 21st i have not receive my money. No communication from Edgars Festival Mall. I don't know what is happening at all. Such a bad service. I want my money back
my account was suspended and I paid up amount. Now is the second day my line is still closed ... I am ****ed out
I moved to new premises. I requested re-installation which it was done. The internet is not working since I have called several time . Mweb blames Vuma, and Vuma is not showing up. I have paid for internet but not using it. I am ****ed
I hate this company, I do not know why it is still used by creditors. It is the worst company I have ever had to deal with. nxaaaaaaaaa
I have logged a dispute with Expirian and I was not attended fairly. I paid up this certain account through the Debt Collectors. And i requested the Debt Collector's to update that the account has been paid up on Itc record, unfortunately the Debt collector informed me that the creditor that i initially borrowed a loan from is not existing anymore and as Debt Collectors, they do not have a system of updating on Credit Bureau. Instead they provided me with a paid up letter and referred me to Expirian by an email to Dispute so that my account can be updated as paid off. I have tried to log the dispute with Expirian, they are refusing to assist me claiming that the letter is not more 60 days. They are giving the creditor a chance to update. But i have an email from the Debt Collectors referring to Expirian, declaring that they don't have a system of updating as the initial Creditor is not operating anymore. Now i am forced to wait for 60 days giving a chance a Creditor to update. And Creditor have made it clear that it will not update any given time. I have sent several emails attaching all relevant documents(paid up letyer, proof of Residence, id copy, and referral email from Debt Collectors) but Expirian is still refusing to assist me. What a bad service I am receiving from Expirian. Why must I wait for 60 days even if the Debt Collector habe confirmed that they will not update the account and referred me to Expirian to assist.
