Are there 0 stars? Payed the debt off in December 2025.... threatening me will legal and trace alerts affecting my credit score... text me at night and then refuse to answer my calls and put the phone down on me? Telling me to call tomorrow... how dare you? Your ingnoramic fools!

Being harassed for an alleged outstanding vodacom accont that was settled and closed in 2019. They are unwilling to give me the information I need to follow up on this. Vodacom says there is no outstanding fees or costs. This place is ridiculous as I get get upwards of 5 calls a day regarding this. They request a REF number which vodacom cant provide me with as i am mo longer a client, then they are unwilling to help me get the supposed REF number i need to get this sorted. How can they come after me after 7/8 years for an account that was closed and settled and I have received NOTHING from vodacom in those years. Smells like a **** but I need the incessant calling to stop.

Worst company ever Get 100 calls a day when you answer no one talks back and finally they then leave a voice message saying to contact them in regards to some other person that has not to do with me so you phone back to yell them this has nothing to do with you only to be told with out an id number thry cant help and she cant stand up and ask if the lady Chantel that call an hour ago can take the call so then you ask for a supervisor only to be told oh no they can't help they are in a meeting

They issued me with me with section 129 despite my various emails requesting for bank statements and validation of account. They refuse to send proper stuff but are threating legal action. I will be reporting them to the NCR. They also call my family members and give out my information to my family memebers

Complaint if them harrasing me ,regarding my Standard bank overdraft cheque account 018994938,they have been giving me dropped calls for the past 6 moths now,but did not know that the account was sc****d,and that Standard bank was at fault with this account ,they've been replaced by another laywer company,but they still call,even showing them the proof the stupid people are generating a bill to claim against a customer that was handed over,but i was never supposed to be handed over,staff neglegence .

Warning: Ismael Attorneys - Unprofessional & Rude Behavior I've been dealing with Ismael Attorneys regarding an account handed over to them. Despite multiple calls and requests to set up a debit order, they've failed to send the authorization for approval. When I called to discuss payment arrangements, the lady insisted on 10% upfront, which I can't afford. When I explained my situation, she passed me to a manager who shouted at me and wouldn't listen. Both were rude and unprofessional. Multiple reviews on Hello Peter echo my experience - poor communication, aggressive tactics, and ignoring calls. I urge others to steer clear of Ismael Attorneys. My experience: - Refused reasonable payment plan - Rude & aggressive behavior - No opportunity to explain - Threatening messages despite attempts to communicate.
