I placed above order on the 7th of May 2024. I was bought to the impression that since it not yet being the middle nor the end of the month I would get my order as per your terms and conditions set out on the website 2 business days? That would make delivery Thursday afternoon?? I had people over the weekend and I was supposed to cater for any extras, and since my order did not arrive on time I had to go and make additional purchases. I really thought I would get my order on time and seeing that it is also my first order. The little you guys could do was at least send a text or email advising that it is not the case. I am now trying to chat to someone via WhatsApp chat and it take 1.5 hours just to answer a simple question??? It is a big shame as I for one have heard only good about cleo’s kitchen, however ordering for a first time and receiving this kind of service. I would say I am not impressed at all!!!!!
I have not one good thing to say about ADT. My husband is still going to come home from Night Shift one day to either find us dead or our house completely empty. My panic went off the other day and only after 1 hour did they phone, and when they phoned keep in mind this on a panic they advised us that if they dispatch someone we will have to pay for it. Ive sent mails wanting to cancel but to date little to no response.
I've never had a ill moment with Naked Insurance i recently had a claim and they paid it out no hassels whatsoever not long after we occurred a incident again, and i was skeptical because it wasn't far apart, however Naked understood. My claim was assesd and processed and approved again. I have never come across any company like naked the entire process is a breeze. A special thanks to Megan who always stayed ontop of everything along with all other staff. Thanks so much. I would recommend them above everyone else.
Naked Insurance has been nothing but extremely helpful. While my son was admitted in hospital we had bad weather at our house and had to put in a claim. Besides the long weekend i have only received fast service from Sarah. Thank you Naked, for making this a easy claiming process, while having to deal with my sick child. Will be recommending you guys to everyone i know. Milisa
How can a store take so long with a store card application? And nobody replies or gets back to you. I honestly thought Woolworths was known for their service but obviously not. I have been approved online but yet no communication after several days!!!
