My name is Kgomotso Ruth Nconcoza,6912260867080.I took a policy with Two mountains ,I was paying R270 Knowing the agreement and the information given.I enquire before the 16th April 2026 about the service of my policy but to my surprise they referred to me to the call that I received around 2022 where the lady told me that they are upgrading my policy and I will pay R260 ,but according to what I found when I was about to burry my uncle who passed on 16thApril 2026.According to also the recording there's no where she explain the contract details that they changed everything even the coffin which they offered me it was the lowest of them all.I was so embarrassed and angry.We had to add more money to get better service.I then lodged a complaint they the apologised and said my policy will go to its original state.Again while I was busy with the funeral they send me a message which state I need to fill the persal form for increase for my policy to R299 .I refused and told them that I won't do it if they didn't solve the mess they made. I wanted them to fix the issue of top up which was done ,because I wasn't suppose to pay anything.Before the funeral I even went to Germiston branch but they couldn't help me the said it was the policy that I was paying for.They even changed the coffin of me and my husband to something lower than expected.If they did gave me that information I would opted to cancel it I am asking for an assistant on the issue of a top up.I need a refund as they did apologize
They agreed to help me with 3 payment but now they added 2 extra and didn't do anything.They said they will listen to recordings up to today they don't want to help me.They became defensive when they talk to me.I ask them for my refund ,they are not trustworthy
They are not trustworthy as they said they will communicate with me about my refund of R2600 and a month payment.
On the issue of refund they said they are closed and will open on 5th and there is no guarantee that I will get my money immediately
I bought Combo and I only receive one and they keep on debited without delivering .I then stop the stoporder.This I check and found that they owe me R2600 and ask them for another combo which they didn't deliver on time ,I then ask them to cancel our agreement and refund me.They are not responding as before
I bought a phone of contract with foneyam .When I bought it they told me that is insured.Some months ago my phone was taken by force from me and I went to the shop to inform them .They said they need a box .I could find a box after some months I went to the shop again and the was a lady who helped me and call their office .The person who answer the phone told me that the phone was not insured and I must pay the two instalments with R15 on top .I asked him the phone will be free or not and said it's a new contract that I will pay again .I feel that this is a robbing game and as a customer my rights were not taken to consideration.I was given the wrong information . Good morning, My name is kgomotso Ruth Nconcoza. I bought a set of luggage at Lemorgan on laybye last year .I paid the agreed installment for two months and on the third I agreed with them to take double the amount but later they took double whereby I didn't agreed with them.On top of that it exceeded the 5 months laybye agreement.I tried to call them to ask them when are they going to deliver and I can't find them.Later I went to the bank and reverse the two double deduction and the first two was unable to reverse.I wrote an Email whereby I request my refund as they didn't do according to our agreement.They said they will deduct R200 until today they haven't refund me.
Since i lodge a complain to metropolitan and handed to ombudsman .I didn t get any help from both as they were saying my case is at the ombudsman.I wrote again to them as is more than three months..I need your help urgently
As i have asked for your help and in return they said my case is with the Ombudsman. I havent received anything from them that is why i contacted hellopeter .It is more than a month i have been waiting for their response. In the meantime Metropolitan is taking my money on monthly basis
