Cook4Life
Based on recent customer reviews, Cook4Life faces significant customer experience challenges, with a recurring theme being unresolved refund requests and delays in product delivery, particularly relating to pots, cookware combos, and lay-by cancellations. Customers consistently mention difficulty reaching the call centre, unanswered emails, and unauthorised debit orders that continue despite cancellation requests. A smaller group of customers highlight positive experiences when individual consultants such as Kate, Marca, and Nthabiseng intervened, praising their patience and effective problem resolution. Warranty replacements were also noted favourably by some buyers.

I bought a Food Genius+, and after 3 months I experienced some minor issues. I contacted Cook4Life, and they handled the matter professionally by replacing the product in accordance with their warranty program. Since then, I’ve been very satisfied with the product and the overall service.

We bought a projector from Cook4life. I needed a part and they were reluctant to help. In fact they wanted me to buy a new one. After fighting i posted on hello peter. They cintacted me and said they will send me the part and to please remove the helo peter review. I did so but then they sent me the wrong part. I phoned then and they promised me that they will contact me back. Still waiting. Therefore i write another review to mention the bad service.
