I had a pots contrac...
I had a pots contract with Cook4life which I cancelled this week and I asked for my refund since I’ve already bought pots somewhere but I was told I will get my refund around June which I don’t understand why so late

I bought electricity...
I bought electricity on capitec bank app around October 2025 and I never received the tokens, when I went to the branch I was told to call the bank on the app and I did but unfortunately they told me there is nothing they can do I should go to the offices where they sell electricity whereas they deducted my money and never returned it
