I have Shein order with The courier Guy MAFIKENG and they were supposed to deliver my order on the 7th of May and today is the 12th of May they they haven’t delivered my parcel, on the 6th May they called me saying they deliver in my area on Tuesday and Thursday but failed to deliver it on Thursday the 7th May, now some guy called me without even listening to what I am saying he hang up on me by saying bye. Very much poor service I’ve ever experienced MAFIKENG COURIER GUY you don’t even deserve a star ZERO customer service from you guys
I just subscribed to checkers sixty60 but I regret already because of their service. I order online grocery including their TopLay eggs on the 29th of March and yesterday as in 20 April I realise the eggs are rotten and has worms on them and I ordered meat it was rotten too. I never expected checkers to sell rotten things. I’m very much dissatisfied and disappointed by Lichtenburg Checkers. I had to throw them away waste of money in this economy. Mxm
Actually they don’t even deserve a star, I app**** for a phone and they brought a wrong phone I called 3 people their customer service the day after I received the parcel and tell them I wanna cancel the contract. All 3 of the failed to cancel my contrast and they debited for a phone that I’m not using. Come on blue Label I have been given 3 dates for the courier guy to come and collect their parcel but until now I’m still waiting for the collector. I cancelled the contract and they charged me a certain fees last month but now they debited. I am the one who always call them to come and pick up their phone, but they don’t bother to send courier to pick it up. It been a month since I cancelled the contract but they debited.You’re such ****mers, you’re robing us bring back my money and cancel that debi check I cancelled long time ago.

I'm very much disappointed with the service of mobicred, my account have been blocked for quite sometime now I've been trying to contact mlthem with no luck. I tried even the whatsapp they reply only when they tell you chat has been closed.

Capitec has been declining my car insurance mandate, I've never received mandate on my app and it keeps on declining for two different insurance. At first I thought it was the first insurance but now again with the second insurance same problem, I went to the branch they couldn't help. I'm stuck I don't even know what to do anymore since they do not know the cause of the issue
