I am so upset I am in years PG Auto glass Umhlanga just cost me R1000. I had a confirmed appointment for 08h00 I then get an WhatsApp from yesterday after working hours confirming my appointment at 10h00. I had a psychologist appointment at that time which is why I asked for 08h00. I told PG Auto glass this and they are ignoring me and don't care. They only interested in wanting to know if I am coming in. So disappointed I am paying R1700 excess on this windscreen which means there prices are also ******ionate
Virgin Active have ****med me!! My sons contract ended and I was called by one of their Retention staff to get me to stay. She offered me the same as I was paying which was R450 per month not only that the R450 would be further reduced till February 2026. Month one came and I paid R160 something. Month two came and R475 was deducted. I queried it and demanded the voice recording. I want what I was offered. Not only am I being ignored. I get an email to day from Jan I would be paying R1010!!! I never agreed to any of this. Now they won't cancel the contract cause it's in my sons name. I am the one paying and my son had nothing to do with the renewing of this contract.
I am so heartbroken to write a bad report as an ex employee, but I feel I have been ******. I have had a couple of personal loans and my most recent one I paid in full on the 29th of December 2023. Now in January i see I am being charged interest and admin fees on a ZERO blance!! How is the interest calculated on R0,00?? I called and apparently I need a settlement letter or Nedbank will just keep charging for nothing. Nobody told me when I took out the loan I will need to obtain a settlement letter in order to close the account. I also find out the bank is charging me almost R1000 to close the account!! Its disgusting If thats not enough they give you 7 days to pay this money or they wont close the account!! I sc****d the money together to pay this backbreaking loan and I do t have R1000 laying around. Guess what. Nedbank dont care!!!! Never again will I take out a loan with Nedbank. In fact I am thinking of moving my homeloan, credit card and salary to another bank. I am so upset to be treated like this.
Wow what an exceptional experience!! 👏 Yesterday I felt like treating myself to my favorite hair products but they are so expensive. I was so happy to find that the perfect Kerastase set for my blonde hair was less 39%!! Not only was it discounted but my order arrived in less than 24 hours!!!! It arrived today 23 Dec 2023 during the festive season!! I am so so impressed
How horriffic to find that I bought a diamind ring in 2018 from Forever Jewellers in Durban North for R49500. The price of Gold and Diaminds has gone up by 20% since then and I have just had it revalued as I need to sell The actual value of the ring in 2023 is R42,000.00 I was ********** by about R20k!!! My question is what are Forever Jewellers prepared to pay me to take the ring back?
I am writing to acknowledge Rani Ramkhelawan, Executive Client Liaison Officer from the CEO's Office at Vodacom. After a battle for over 9 months trying to get closure involving a **** by a Vodacom Consultant, A **** where I was blatently **** too and told I would be receiving a laptop at no cost with no affect to my upgrade, I reached out to Rani on Linked In. It was by chance found her profile and based on my interations with another Client Liaison Officer, Thato Chuene, I was not hopeful. Thato was not interested in keeping their client happy. I was told to return the laptop and they would credit me for 2 months as a GESTURE OF GOOD WILL?!?! There was no good will from Vodacom or the way he treated me. Rani came as a breath of fresh air. She was super efficient in sorting out my query in a few hours where it had taken months of speaking to numerous divisions and people within Vodacom with no solution. Nobody except for Rani took into consideration that I was unable to afford the charges of this ****. Rani was fair to both Vodacom and myself. She looked at the contract and restructured it so that I am only paying for the laptop and reduced airtime and data. I am still going to continue to pay for this laptop even though I was ****med. But it has now been structured in a way that I can afford it and I find acceptable. Thank you Rani for helping me and restoring my faith in Vodacom, my family and I spend over R5000 a month on all our contracts and I was about to move all to MTN because of the way I have been treated over the past months. Thanks to Rani and Rani alone, my family and I will stay with Vodacom, who we have been with for about 30 years. Excellent customer service from her. She was quick to get back to me with a solution after hearing the voice recording and ensured the client was happy. Vodacom needs more staff like Rani Ramkhelawan
I cant seem to get any help unless I write a review. Vodacom has been giving me SHOCKING SERVICE. In December I was called by a consutant offering me a free laptop, router, data etc. All for being a loyal customer. I said it sounds strange and too good to be. But she assured me that it was for free and reiterated that it would not cost me a thing. I called Vodacom straight after the call and was told it was legit I was in fact speaking to a Vodacom Consultant. In January I receive a R600 quote for the laptop and in February I start being *****ulantly billed. This is still carrying on. I still dont have resolution besides speaking to about 5 different consultats. They promise to phone back and never do, they ask you forward emails and you never hear back despite messaging begging for some feedback. My most recent experience was with: Mr Thato Makoti Executive Client Liaison Officer CEO`s Office I was really hoping that this person would help me with the S*C*A*M. I sent him everything he asked for and follow up daily. All my emails are just going ingnored this entire week. I want Vodacom to stick to their word of a free laptop, reduced subs an having no affect on my ugprade. This is what was promised to me and this is what I agreed too. Vodacom have yet to send me the voice recording, I was told I could go to their office in Kensington and listen to it, but alas there was no recording waiting for me, another waste of time. In the meantime Vodacom have admitted I was missled and I was told the laptop came with no cost. They are fully aware I was S*C*A*M*M*E*D by them and they are now just ignoring. Lasty I heard they were going to come and fetch the laptop and give me no refund for all the *****ulant billing. I want the voice recording available to listen to at Kensington Shopping Centre Durban North this Saturday. Should I have no resolution in ONE week. I will be calling my lawyers to sue Vodacom for *****.
After experiencing trouble and issues I had with a claim for my diamond ring I was assisted by Rhulani Baloyi. This gentlemen sorted everything out and restored my faith in Discovery Insure another one who worked hard at making sure everything was sorted was Zodidi . The only think I was upset about is that I paid R49500 for the ring, insured it for that and only got R39800 out. But I understand from Discovery's supplier that I seemed to have been ********** at the jewelery store! Thank you Discovery for the speedy service in dealing with my complaint. I am a proud Discovery member of Life Insurance, Car and Household Insurance and Classic Comprehensive Medical Aid.
It is with a heavy heart I write to complain. I LOVE Discovery. Between my husband and I we have Life Cover, Credit Card, Medical Aid Classic Comprehensive and Household and Car Insurance, we spend thousands and thousands monthly on Discovery products. When I joined Discovery Insure I asked for the EXACT same policy as I was on with my previous insurance company. I had an engagement ring under All Risks. Sadly I lost this ring and now I discover that I am FORCED to use their supplier to replace the ring. Nobody told me when I specified my ring that I had the option of selecting my own jeweler. I was able to do select my own jewler on my old policy. Discovery automatically presumed to put me on an option whereby I have to replace the ring through their supplier and this is not what I wanted at all. They did not inform me there were options and this was wrong. I presumed that I was getting the same policy as I had and I presumed I would get paid out in the case of loss or theft and do my own replacement where I can shop around. I appeal to Discovery to pay me the monetary value of the ring as they did not disclose to me that I would have to use their supplier whenI listed my ring under the All Risks section of my policy. This was non disclosure and I was not made aware of the facts and my rights. Please can you sort this out
After the below story I get a call to say they will investigate. I am still waiting. This is simple and tere is proof of a ****..maybe I sould sue millions for the ****!! Vodacom ****MED me so badly, blatently and they could not care less. I got a call from the contact center offering me a free laptop, reduced subscription which would not affect my upgrade all for being a loyal customer. after this call I called Vodacom to make sure it was not a **** and they said it was legitimate consultant who called me. Low and behold when the laptop comes they waited a few weeks and I get a quote and noticed that i was being billed for the laptop and upon investication founmd out it has also affected my upgrade. I have been trying since being billed to sort this out. I contacted Legalwise and the NCC who eventually got Vodacom to admit from the telephone recording that they had in fact **** to me and the contract did not exist. I was told to send the laptop back and they would cancel the contract that was it. My problem is they promised me a new laptop for free and its on a phone recording. A recording they are refusing to give me. I have asked so many times and so has Legal Aid. Their way of dealing with this many months later is to ask me send the laptop back to them and receive absolutely no refund for their **** They literally **** to me, ****med me and are accepting no responsibility. I want what was promised to me thats all. After being a loyal client for over 30 years this is the way that I am being treated. I have spent 100s of thousands with Vodacom. I feel sick to my stomach Anything I can do? Regards Claire Coetzee
