I have placed an order last together with order online stores I was given the cheapest delivery option The Courier Guy has. I buy from Cash converters because I trust their service and products, until now. I bought the items because I need them and want to use them. I received delivery to all my other orders from other items I bought the same day on Saturday morning from the courier guy. All the order stores saw my order treated with with priority it also collected the sameday. Except for From the Mall@Reds the store decided to hold the order for as long as they possibly can. Even today the order is sitting at the shop. The rudest manager I have ever met in my life. with all my customer service record and background the leading market research company of over 18years I have never met such horror. The lady unlike the other cash converters who released my order as soon they opened the stores. Instead she had a long list of things that the courier guy could never do. I am not happy with the manner she spoke to me and she made sure I feel as humiliated and treated me as a stupid and useless customer. She also demanded I tell her which other stores I bought from so she can deal with them. I decided to ask to cancel the order even though I have great need of the items I purchased
I signed up for new service on the 15th and paid the prorata fee it was activated on the 18th when I received the router. To my shock and surprise I just discovered that there hidden signup fees that Leila fails to explain. The first invoice has double the amount instead of R649 I signed up for I am charged for the 1st to the 17 though I had not received the modem by then August. They say I have to pay for the whole month even though I did not know 13 days before I would decide to sign up. In simple terms the hidden fees are for new innocent clients who do not know that even if you are charged a prorata you will still pay for the days you were not on the platform just to pay to help the billing department ***** more money from you. I requested the invoice that reflects the services I signed up for. They failed to do so. I asked for the hidden fees breakdown they refuse to break them down as it will expose their malicious activities.
Capitec Business is the least transparent bank with transaction record that are misleading and always money goes missing in the account. It is impossible to have accurate records with Capitec Business. I chatted to Mulaulo an agent to query a transaction that was done on Monday. There was money deposited in the account at 11am and at 1pm Capitec debit the account to pay Adobe. On Tuesday there was money deposited into the account and again the same money went to the pay the same Mondays debit order. The consultant says the bank banked the the same transaction on Tuesday which means they paid the same debit twice if not then there should be fund in the account. And apparently they used two separate deposits to pay the same 1 transaction? This is very frustrating as there was money deposited into my account today it also used to pay the same Monday debit or they still trying to figure more lies to attach to the money they are *****ing from my account. What more lies are they cooking. I dont trust Capitec at all now. I cant wait to hear what the lazy back office lame excuse will be this time.
Yesterday I deposited money into the wallet account the only reason to pay for my order from Temu. However that is not possible. The wallet is designed to mislead customers after Baffalo recieves the money the refuse to return since they fail to pay for the orders from Temu. I am not happy as I was ****** by Baffalo.
On the 17th I requested a trip from Midrand to Soweto under my business account. Uber immediately took the money from my bank account but failed to provide a driver. They never returned my money till now. The bank cant help me because is it an online purchase. Uber is now *****ing money from customers? 0824861696 [email protected]
Today I made an immediate payment on my account and sent proof of payment. Boom my account now suspend reason outstanding payment. Thank you collections team the worst team ever.
On Saturday 10th September I requested a ride to my home and the driver started the trip while he was 20 mins away and told me he was coming. Bolt charged me extra for his waiting time. while he was no where near pick up point. Secondly I asked the driver if I can transfer the money to him or send him ewallet or he pass an atm on the way. To my shock and disappointment He (Moses) immediately cancelled the trip. I had no cash on me. So I had to drive with him to the nearest mall to withdraw the cash for his waiting time and I left my router in the car. I called him via app and he acknowledge having it in his possession. It has been a nightmare trying to setup collection of the router. I have to get the router by Friday otherwise I have to open a case against Bolt and the driver for theft.
Good Day my name is Nhlanhla Msezane. Two weeks ago I happily applied for a Vobi unlimited calls service to use on my cellphone data anywhere and to speed up the application I paid upfront whatsoever might be needed to activate the account. I also went the extra mile to make follow up calls have called the call center several times to find out about the progress and so far there is no straight answer. To my understanding nothing has been done. I am ready and willing to beg whosever in charge to offer me a service. Please help
On the 27 May 2022 which is today I ordered via the app. Cramdecker Pizza for R69. Plus Pork Bangers. at 13:55 Immediately received confirmation after processing online pamyent. I waited for my order which I only received 16:20pm That was after querying that the app shows that I have received my order at which was not true. I called the store and spoke to Mariah. The state I received my order was not pleasant. First of all I ordered a cramdecker as it is my favourite, however to my disappointment I received a triple decker and 4 pieces pork cheese grillers or a torn package. the Pizza is absolutely old. I looks like it was made yesterday. I tried to call the store several times and either hang up or they let the phone ring until it cuts. This is truly unprofessional. I am sorry I refuse to eat this food. I paid for a complete meal this this stale food.
I bought a camera a month ago that had a broken card reader. I took it to store and Richard and Samu assisted me to rectify the issue. Yesterday I was called to collect the camera. I am happy with the amazing professionalism by the staff. Now I can access the camera for the first time.
