Fed up client
In 2018 i took a loan from them, i requested a settlement letter which they did, and i paid it. Later on i received messages and they sold the account to lawyers. And they didn’t give me a settlement letter for that. I was under debt review, now i can’t get a clearance certificate because of this.

They call people and pretending to be from GEMS and **** people their hard earned money. So disappointed in these ****mers. People be careful.😭😭

Disappointed customer
I am so disappointed with the shoes that i bought last year at the shop. I bought 👢 boots and now, they are worn out on the soles, the upper layer is still very good. I can not believe this and the price was R400. I just can’t give away the money just like that😭

Vodacom is now a problem.😭😭
I had R570 airtime and anytime minutes, and 100 daily. Monday the airtime went to R320 Tuesday, Wednesday is now R229. Why is Vodacom doing this to us. Very disappointed i must say.

Bad experience with RCS
I had a loan with the above company, and requested a settlement letter which they gave and paid up the account as per settlement letter. Later on i was called to say i have an outstanding balance that I need to pay. They ended handing the account that I settled to another company. Bad experience i had. 😩😩😩😩

I have bought a defy stove (3 piece) since 2004 and i am still using it and it’s still strong. Defy keep it up and don’t break the promise.

So unbelievable
I was called by a lady from vodacom direct and told me that I am paying more for less, then i will get more for less , little did i know that my invoice will come inflated with +~1000 rands. How can they do this to us as customers. They even say all calls are recorded i want that record. So disappointing that this hige network provider can do this to me.😭😭😭. People please don’t trust any agent calling from reputable companies anymore.

Disappointed client
Disappointed by how Vodacom treat us. I had 100 minutes and R45 airtime on the 15/07/2025. I was busy talking to my mom and our call ended. I told myself that it is a network issue. When I tried to call her back, the insufficient airtime thing came . As to how I don’t know. 16/07/2025 called them they said i used the minutes all of them yesterday and when i count the minutes they don’t add up and my airtime also gone. Very disappointed by the way they fo their business.

Angry customer for more than 20 years
I received messages from vodacom saying that I am changing packages for my contacts and I didn’t talk to anyone from their side. Moving from lower package to a very costly one. I am so disappointed in this company. Never thought something like this would come from you guys.

Angry customer😭
So angry about Shoprite moneymarket. I did a claim with NHB insurance, and i said the R400 meant for airtime can converted to a grocery voucher. I went to the shop, to activate the account, they said I should send my id, selfie holding my id card , proof of income, proof of residence, which i did using their emal, whatsapp. Nothing had changed since june 2024, can’t use the voucher because of FICA. They promised that it will take 14 days to be resolved. It is almost 2 months now. Yooh I’m drained for R300 only?
