Staff need training to be friendlier
Visited Pep Home Ermelo 1. Zero Customer service 2. Needed extra on an item - floor staff said she can't check for the other stores and refused to go look at the back 3. No customer friendly service

Visited My Diners Gateway for dessert and unfortunately everything I asked for from the menu wasn't available. If something isn't available then kindly remove it from the menu Thank you

Visited Mochachos Nelspruit yesterday with family & friends Food 7/10 Strips took ½ hour to receive Nachos came cold with cheese barely melted No dessert available Coffee Machine wrapped up & not in use because "we haven't learnt it yet"

Horrible customer service just because I'm not black ⚫
Rage Carolina !! Worst Rage I've been to with absolutely no customer service if you're not black ⚫ Firstly, the cashier is on her cellphone talking to someone else, I had to scream twice to get help "Pumi" she shouts. Pumi comes from the back helps the black ladies Infront & only comes to me when I call a third time I politely ask Pumi to help me with the other foot of a sandal that I like for my son, she replies with "if it's not here then it means it came in the box like that & there's nothing I can do". My friend & I then went on our knees to look for the other pair whilst "Pumi" walked away & attended to another customer There's no manager at the store & this is the service customers are receiving Absolutely terrible

Visited Rage Carolina today & the staff inside can't greet or offer any help. I needed a different size & had to look/fetch it myself. The cashier is very busy on her phone & forgot about customer service Such service is pathetic for a store

Restaurant: Mochachos Signet Terrace Lenasia Ordered at 19:46 for a total of R750, combination order of burgers, strips, burrito & chips Asked 4 waiters for food who rep**** "I'll check" but they never returned Finally waitress no5 went into the kitchen with my slip & in within minutes food arrived but COLD!! To receive COLD FOOD after 45mins is totally unacceptable Service : very poor Food : very poor All round experience : -2

Disappointed customer
Stood in a qué with 25 other customers only to get to the front & lights to trip. Waited for 30 mins as per manage instructions to do a cash sale but was told "sorry we cannot help 1 person we have to get all the customers first' Sorry but from experience of being a manager of a clothing store the service received today at a big mall like East Gate I can only give 1 star! This was a terrible experience overall & pathetic service. If you can't do manual sales then don't suggest it, rather ask Customers to leave the store Fix your services

Customer service at the witbank branch is 100% ***********! No one answers the call & when they do they are rude & cannot even help!! Please find new staff that are willing to help customers
