On Saturday 14 Feb 26 at 10:40 AM I requested call centre agent CINDISA / SINDISA after 15 min on phone to cancel order . It was advised it's cancelled . Please kindly check your recordings for proof as you do record your calls t were advised that they could net get hold of us , which is a blatant lie as we were served but takealote and checkers 60/60 on that day , . No claw nor SMS were received until I started complaining . . . .AT 18:39 PM on 14 Feb / After the fat we received a call and then they delivered a cancelled order ? Shocking service. BE it as it may , an order supposed to be there on 13 Feb now after cancelled delivered a day and a half later . Guess how disappointed my wife was not having a gift in time on valentines day ! , I LOOK STUPID. I had to drive to the shops and buy another gift , This is unacceptable . Regrettably this will be the latest time I ever make use of netflorist. Make sure you rather order a week in advance and call regularly as to ensure they will in fact deliver . Sadly , this happened to my neighbour as well , I can proof this ! SAD SAD SAD . Given the experience , sadly nothing will come of this . Be Warned
If you ever need to attend to any work at SA homeloans for further lending stay away from Nisha Munoo. I have received dismal and shockingly poor service from her. The disrespect is as well felt with each call and to get her to reply on email is a regrettably too much. I am so disappointed it the bad service ! I have on 6 occasions sent same documents to her before communication and I need to every time instigate communication. That's not how I remember SA Homeloans especially after great service form Jenine Zondi.
I pay for a next day deliver on 24 July 2020 expecting some delays with assumption I will have my parcel on the 28th at least. . . . its now the 3 RD of AUGUST and still did not get my next day deliver parcel . . . Service is surely going backwards as this is now the 3rd matter in a month not been processed in a fair amount of time.RL000760135 Try and call them they are full of excuses however never return your calls or follow upon matter. . .

I cancelled my afrihoat on 1 July with immediate effect due to useless services I pay for a 100 mbps line , uncapped , unshaped , pure fibre however every evening between 18h00 -21h00 the line only run on 5-20 mpbs. FRAUD I ask for immediate release of my line but 30 days down it were still not done. . . They cancelled my line however again took fees for AUG 2020 - I have opened a SAPS case as they took money unauthorised. Be very careful before you do business with afrihoat. . . !
What a frustration , I have a 100 download /50 upload line - Which I pay for . . . " Pure Fiber" - uncapped , unshapped etc I have checked the last week and every evening from 6 PM to 9 PM I get 4.87 mb download and 46mb upload per second on a 100 mb line ? HOW , I am paying for 100MB line and only getting less that 5 % ? This is surely FRAUD ! They cant say I am throttled as I do not pass any Fair use limits - at average of less taht 300G a month for the last 12 months . . . Afrihost has no answers and does nothing aboutit and take your money without same ! Whe you phon then no one answers , their Watsapp line is not working and then one call sales then they answer immedaitely . Usless Be very carefull before using their service ! Now the frustration to move my interneat to someone else . . . . But first to expose them for what they do ! Skelms that is it !
I placed an CAKE orer on 28 April for a BirthDay 7 May - to be delivered on 6 May . . . I phoned at 13:14 to follow up and I were advised that the Cake is on its way . . . I phone again 15:40 and advised the bakery is closed and they cannot bake cakes . . . SHOCKING , a week and No communication . . . PAid R729.29 for a CAKE but nothinI USE NetFlorist
WE have a vehicle that is in for minor repairs and insurance advise directed matter to noted supplier. our liaison were Jacqueline Senna. Over the last 3 weeks , 17 calls to Jacqueline Senna non were returned . 3 occations she in fact took our call and promised to keep us up to date on our requests. We call and are put on hold as she is busy with clients and ultimately we leave messages - never to return any of the 17 calls . . . Our last call we held 88 min then spoke with Jacqueline only to get dropped. All we want is feedback and requests , you surely do not get this here. I wil inform the insurance SANTAM for this and caution the send their clients there due to this non service.

All my insurance needs are currently ( not for long) with Echelon and I found myself in a position where I had to claim for accidental damage to my road Bicycle , All quotes received are between (5) R50k and R67k as per REPLACEMENT VALUE. 'Kuben Naidoo from Echelon and their Assessor Luca Stremin only want to brush off a "secondhad 2012-2014 bike frameset at a "discounted price" negotiated by the assessor at R27k . . . This matter seems to heasd to the OMBUD as deceiptfullness and back doord deals is suspected . Matter pending 3 weeks already, Assessor only calls after hours / and send wahsapp messages. . . what type of proferssional outfit does that ? Please can the CEO of Echelon contact me urgently !
