I bought 3 identical bags at RFO JHB CBD, I asked the lady to scan the price for me before going to the till it scanned at R39. 00. That's the reason I decided to buy 3 bags. Then I get to the till to pay all my items were scanned. After payment before leaving the store I decided to check my slip then I realise that one of the bags scanned R39.00.i went back to the till and I was told some shallow reason about the barcodes being different. Obviously bar codes will be different it's an identical product. I am fully aware that the RFO store does not do refunds but exchanged, I was forced to look for something to replace the bags I didn't want anymore or I must back to the store within 30 days to come exchange. My issues are as follows 1. If it is a pricing issue, which is not my fault I asked for the bag to be scanned before proceeding to pay. Why am I not granted a credit voucher?? 2. I am based in Limpopo and there is no RFO in my area, I must make a 300km trip to come and change 2 items in 30 days. 3. Your no refund policies are not accommodative as I checked my slip while still in the store, I did not wait for a day or two. 4. I have items I have no use for because of false advertising and I can't even get my back for or return because of policies and logistics being against me.
All life is a ****mer. I took out a life policy for my mom, when I was taking it out they gave proper service. Months later, my mom's medical tests are not done, no one has ever bothered to call her. Whenever you call their call center you are told to text their WhatsApp number which has automated responses. I can't even reverse the debits or block them because I approved the DebiCheck.
I would to give Lavashni Singh a big shout out. The service I got from her is top tier. I have been a vodacom client for years now and I have never got such great experience. Thank you so much
I bought something on shein in May, I am still waiting for delivery. I spoke with the manager Renette but no assistance till to date. Now she doesn't even respond my emails

MTN has the worst service ever, I am more heartbroken than disappointed. I got a job and my prospective employer requested that I submit my account paid up letter. I have been communicating with them via email, Facebook, I even called and from the 22nd till today I have not got any response whatsoever. In turn I have lost out on the job because today was my last day to submit the letter. We have to deal with the stress of unemployment and MTN.
