Pudo App not working. The Courier Guy Call Centre not answering any of their numbers.
Standard Bank Insurance sends a letter to inform customers of increased premium. The letter speaks to generic reasons for increased premium yet the letter records nothing about increase in Sum Insured which increases by more than inflation. When asked to submit Survey after interaction with Standard Bank Insurance I am unable to rate the services as the Survey has been completed. The question has been asked before - if I dis not complete the survey then who did. Does Standard Bank Insurance complete the survey on their side so not to get adverse ratings ?
I have a serious concern about Checkers 60sixty motor cycle drivers. They are a law into themself. Speeding, not stopping - not even slowing down at Stop streets, skiping red robots. Some motorcycles are in bad state and theres seems to be no way to hold these driver accountable
Standard Bank is on downward spiral - I tried to pay existing beneficiaries using online banking only to get message "Payment Unsuccessful " ***** alert also appear instructing me to call one of two numbers. I called - the response "Wait for an hour and try again". I contacted Private Banking Client Centre as instructed by a manager at Standard Bank - I did - the response - Please try again in an hour. This is not the first time that my Online Banking is suspended because I try to make a payment to an EXISTING Beneficiary
I have used them. The system is easy to use en responses are always courteous
Vodacom subscribed me to amazing Digital content services without my approval. When I queried it they say I subscribed but refused to provide evidence how and where. All Vodacom said was that I am now unsubscribed. My car WiFi 20 Gbts data which os a Vodacom number ran out in 2 days where I previous sued it for months.
When you grow to fast and don’t have the skills you will run out of luck at some point. PUDO boxes are more offline than online
The Courier Guy has grown to fast with continued infrastructure issues of PUDO boxes. My experience is that many PUDO drop off and collection points are offline for extended times. Reporting this has absolutely no impact.
I received a call from Charlene callng me on my personal mobile phone and stated that she is calling me on behalf of FSI (Financial Support Institute - as she said) I asked Charlene no less than 4 times to confirm where she obtained my personal information. She advised me that POPIA restricts her from disclosing personal details and demanded that, that can only be disclosed in person. I also asked Charlene to confirm FSI's FSP Number but she was unable or unwilling to do so
None of the Pretoria branches are interested in doing business. No calls are been answered even after calling multiple telephone numbers on website
