I’m frustrated with Cell c ,actually I’ve had enough.Last year I found out that my contract was changed from month to month contract,now I was told it was upgraded on the 2nd of November without my concern ,how when I never agreed to such now I’m told it ends in June .I’m being sent pillar to post .how do u decide on my behalf .
The Nando’s at sandton city is the worst we made an order just before 9,at 9:27 at night we were still waiting no one attended to us .I sat the till I had to stand as pregnant as I am ask about the order they just look at each other and point you to the next to get help,people that ordered before us got thier order.I’ve never received such bad service from any Nando’s I’m very disappointed
I paid my cell c contract on the 3rd, sent proof and everything to the collections department, i got numerous calls that my account is in arrears, they told they will help allocate it, more than 16 days later im still waiting, i keep sending them emails i just get a response from lerato, and nothing happens yet everyday they are able to call me and say i owe but can't take time to reslove my issue after i sent proof of paent so many times, obe asked them to givey query to someone else because mine is not of high importance to Lerato,this service provider is so disappointing they dont even care
