I called in to cancel my car insurance in early August and this was not done. I have been debited on the 1st September. When I call in today to cancel again they refuse to fully refund. The first two agents I spoke with, I explained that I won't have the car, so I don't need the car insurance. I called a number provided on my policy however I was transferred from Pillar to Post been on a call for 19 minutes, at some point I was transferred to budget insurance. Such incompetence. The last agent who eventually canceled made it difficult too, to cancel.
I logged a ***** payment dispute on the 25th of February this year and send all relevant documents on 26th April. Till today no response from their team. My issue has been escalated on the 14 August. I made a follow up today and I was on chat for 1 hour because the first 40 minutes I have been transfered to wrong departments. When finally I get an agent, she escalated this for the second time as it seems the first time nothing was done. A whole hour to be told nothing. A whole hour to chat with 4 agents in wrong departments after they transferred me themselves. I expected better.
Gautrain as the traveling company is excellent. I am just disappointed in how they less care about the safety of passengers after they have disembarked. They are taking away our freedom to choose the transport we wish to use to go to wherever we want. They don't allow ubers or bolts for pickups inside or near the station. We often walk to our drivers which is not safe. All because they have an agreement with the meter taxi industry that charge ridiculous amounts and often voilebtly argue with us or uber/bolt drivers. Like tonight I had to get my uber from braamgate that is far and unsafe when walking. They are just people waiting to rob us. So at 9pm I have to walk there? Come on, give us the freedom to choose what we want to ensure safety for all your passengers even after they have disembarked the train and going to their ubers or bolts. Please do better.

Rage in Randfountein Village Square was very rude, I took my card out and placed it on the counter like I was still checking for something in my bag, she took my card and inserted it on the card machine, I asked her if I can just tap instead, she was furious and asked me why didn't I say so from the beginning and I said but I didn't ask you to insert the card either politely with a smile, she was just rude throughout the whole purchase.
I love shopping at shoprite or Checkers because one gets to make one stop and buy almost everything, meds, groceries, fast food, etc. It sucks when your cashier isn't as friendly as you. She was not wearing a name tag, and I don't know where my slip is. She was very rude. I greeted, she just looked at me and said, "Be fast. I asked to pay with a card, and she said well you know where the card machine is, put your card in there She realized she was harsh on me, but it was too late. I was crushed. What a horrible experience. 😞
My partner and I went to kfc in Randfountein, front opposite village Square shopping center. We had th beat dunked wings. They were crispy and saucy 😋 Whoever made those wings should teach other franchises because wow. I have a 4 because we waited for almost an hour to buy on the drive thru because it was only one person answering, taking orders, preparing and giving out orders. She is a hard worker but ah ah. But th wings compensated for the wait 😃 😊
Esethu from BK in Park Station is the employee of the year. In my 26 years of experience buying fast food, no one has ever served me with a smile, a hoax, enthusia, and that quick. When I mean quick, I mean QUICK. I mean, all the stuff there is very friendly and helpful.

I am really getting tired of writing to you with no action taken. I WANT MY FULL REFUND for this booking. I did not stay the owner said he/she asked you to remove their property from the list and we were not allowed inside the complex. I stayed at City Lodge Hotel and Hotel Perte on those two nights. The host didn't even bother to get us an alternative accommodation. IT IS GETTING TIRING AND FRASTRATING TO KEEP ON WRITING TO YOU ABOUT THE SAME THING. They do not reply nor pick up the call, it keep on cutting.
