Quality and size of pads.
I have been using Lil Lets for 4 years now, going on to 5. Since I’ve started my period. I have been overall very happy with the brand and I hadn’t had any complaints up until very recently. Over the past few months, I have noticed that the quality of the sanitary pads has drastically reduced. I have encountered two major issues lately that fell short of my expectations. Firstly, the wings on the pads stick to my underwear, causing discomfort and difficulty when removing them. This is not only very shocking to me but it is also very frustrating. The backing sheet also does the same, it tears at the bottom, leaving the cotton/****** part of the pad exposed, every time! Secondly, I am disappointed to say that the maxi pads are not ‘maxi’. Despite being labeled as such. The quality has reduced dramatically! I am so frustrated!! Before I stop using the brand, I thought I could leave a review as to why Lil Lets has just lost a customer in myself. I hope the company takes these issues seriously and considers redesigning their products to address these concerns. With some improvements, I believe that the company could provide a better experience for their customers.

There applicator tampons are nowhere to be found not on any shelf anywhere
There applicator tampons are nowhere to be found not on any shelf anywhere. I have complained directly to Lil-lets and have received empty promises. Many thanks

Lil-lets does not stick and is not 'maxi'
I purchased 4 packs of lil-lets maxi wings pads, the pink pack. The first issue I have is the pads are not maxi, they are very small in length and not close to a maxi pad. Second is the parts of the pad that is supposed to stick to the underwear does not stick which makes wearing them extremely uncomfortable. I had no choice but to use the first 2 packs as my menstrual cycle had already started. I'm very disappointed as a first time buyer of lil-lets and will not be purchasing this product again. I also would like to be refunded or for them to send me a better product. Thanks.

wing glue problem
the glue either has weak adhesiveness or the wings are too short. the wings keep on getting loose & this ends up making me extremely uncomfortable while wearing them. i keep on experiencing this with every pack of pads i buy from lil lets. please fix this, this is the only reason i’m taking away one star.

Best brand ever
I tried all the 'best' South African pantyliners, sanitary pads and tampons. I used to undermine your brand but guess what, YOUR BRAND IS THE BEST. I get heavy periods, often wok up at night in horror to try change, but now I sleep like a baby. Thank you for making good quality woman products affordable ✨️ 👏 💖 💕

Best brand ever

Disappointed _Cardboard like Liners
Disappointed to learn that Lilets has literally downgraded on quality. Their panty liners are now hard and cardboard like. What a disappointment - i will definitely stop buying this in future and switch brands

Faulty Lil-lets tampons - urgent health warning!
Hello, I am sharing an urgent health warning about Lil-lets tampons, super (pink ones), applicator, bought at Blue Route Dischem on 6 Dec 2022. The strings are faulty on all the tampons. I learnt this the hard way, having to go to A&E to have one removed. I have checked others in the box and they are the same - the strings are all loose and pull straight out. I checked the regular sized ones I bought the same day and they don’t have the same problem. Premier FMCG needs to do an urgent urgent product recall!
