Mboh and Thabani from The Mattress Warehouse (Durban) assisted me today. They were proactive in communicating with me throughout, called me ahead of the delivery to ensure I was home for the delivery and a smooth handover. Not only were they well presented and friendly, but brought the mattress into my unit and made sure to provide me with good advice that the mattress needs to lie flat for longevity. Gents, I appreciate the support. Thank you for your customer first approach.
I ordered and paid for a 256GB memory card (up to 150MB/s) as a birthday gift. Takealot delivered a 32GB memory card (up to 100MB/s) today, 10 Aug 2024. The birthday is on Monday, 12 Aug. Incompetence and unprofessional. Called into Takealot, they couldn’t give a damn. I’m going to start ordering more and more from Amazon.
As I write this, I am without internet for two days, going out of pocket buying data when I pay R1k/month with Home Connect. Seeing as speed was slow (ca. 5min downloading < 30MB file size), I called HomeConnect after 17:00 SAST on Wed, 3 April 2024. A technical agent (Cole) picked up the phone and immediately was curt with me. He reconfigured my line, told me to wait 15min but then in turn said he’s going home. He further committed saying there would be someone else to assist, I called in, no one picked up. Yesterday; 04/04, I called in only to learn from King that my line was deactivated with Vumatel 😳 for what reason, no one can tell me. I’ve had the line for ca. 3 years, never missed payment. Called in today, 05/04, Kelebogile informs me the line was deactivated on 22 March 2024! What is going on there beats me. I’m without internet that I’ve paid for.

I visited the Rosebank Mall branch (JHB) on 16 March 2023 as my Genesis Garment Steamer was tripping the main switch. I received Service Reception Form no. 117141 as confirmation thereof. I've had no feedback since and have been the one to call in with broken commitments on each occasion. Please note that I for one will never purchase any Verimark affiliated product at any point in the future.

I recently purchased AF1s '07 (black and white) from Welle Official. It was my first time using the site and glad to have received them in good order.
