I would have given a 5 star but the delivery took too long for my liking and until i inquired about i had received no update whatsoever
I would have given a 5 star but the delivery took too long for my liking and until i inquired about i had received no update whatsoever. However when i reached to find out about the delay, the service was commendable with someone updating until i receive the parcel. Product is perfect, just need to work on communication, thank you !

However when i reached to find out about the delay, the service was commendable with someone updating until i receive the parcel. Product is perfect, just need to work on communication, thank you !

Received my order about three weeks after order placement
Received my order about three weeks after order placement. Initially I had difficulty getting a response to my follow ups via email. After I escalated my query via WhatsApp the representative was very helpful and ensured my order was pushed through for delivery. I am extremely satisfied with my purchase, however Welle please improve on managing customer expectations, if there will be any delays.

Received my order about three weeks after order placement. Initially I had difficulty getting a response to my follow ups via email.
