Paid Welle Official, no delivery no response -demand refund under CPA
I purchased shoes from Welle Official online, but they never delivered my order. Despite repeated attempts to contact them, they do not reply to emails or messages. This is unacceptable. I demand a full refund under the Consumer Protection Act. If they continue to ignore me, I will escalate this matter to the National Consumer Commission and the Consumer Goods and Services Ombud.
