Goid day I am not sure if it's the right option I have chisen6, but their emblem ia written Law debt legal aid, I have spoken with thwn to clear my accounts and when I ask for thier service to be terminated they are refusing to pay back my R2400. 00 they say once it's taken from my bank they can refund and they have send me a revirding to say. I waa told that there won't be a refund. The recording contradict with them cause it says if I canceled after 5 tmdays I will pay R230, 00ans again it says once the money is taken on my account I wont get it back. Money waa taken on the 15 May 2026 till today noyhing happened erespective that, I don't want their aervice anymore I want my money.They must nit ask fir my bank account qhen doing a refund they already have it. I had a contract with vodacom I called them and they told me the account was settled long time ago but it shows account in areas on mt credit score, after i called them they did send me a pqid up latter n told it will be updated after 7 days or 21 days I believe those days have gone pass now but still shows areas please assist
I have lot of history the good one they have helped me a lot financially, but the thing is I was not aware that they fall under mutual bank which cause a bad impact with my credit score, rigth now I have 41 closed accounts showing as closed on mt profile m pleading with them to remove them maybe I will have a better credit score after

Good day ,i would like to report that we have huge problem ,aircon are not working at all this is not hygienic,what would have happen if there is still COVID?which means we will be affected,when it's hot it too much you come out of the shop smelling sweat and the chocolate by the rack next to the till will be melted n I feel sorry for the staff it's hard for them to work they had to ask the packer to get some water for them this is very bad and when there is heavy rain we need to carry umbrellas .please sort this out guys and m talking about SHOPRITE MANDENI MALL, why can't they learn from Shoprite from the old shopping centre their aircon are working perfectly. I believe this will be sorted out soon. Thank you
I have a query ,I took insurance to cover the tyres ,but I did see it was not necessary, I called the company and I have ask to cancel the insurance it was R199,they told me they will reduce it I told them NO ,they are still deducting the premiums at a lower rate ,I can't even reverse it or stop it on my bank account they have change the ref number from FFWVAP 0002202303150000001627 for R199.00 to FFWWVAP952196187V01012312114 for R151.86 May they please refund my premiums and cancel this insurance.
